Although you have figured out a good routine, you just confirmed to me that these kinds of trailers require a fully driveable motorcycle, a good nights sleep, and a valid medical insurance.

I have one of these trailers, and I put a sheet of aluminium checker plate,on the frame of the trailer, and bolted the wheel runners through it, and into the frame using the original holes. It gives you somewhere safe to stand while loading and unloading. I can also put the bike on it's side stand, after loading it, and go about strapping it down, starting at the side stand side, so the bike won't topple over. The checker floor also keeps all the road spray from coming up and soiling your bike. I also have a 2 foot square timber box, I place close to the rear of the trailer for stepping up and down during loading & unloading, and carry it in boot while travelling. I bought the checker plate from a general trailer retailer, not expensive considering the damage caused if the bike toppled over.😭😭🙈🙈

Yes sound like a good plan and I bet it looks great to, having a full floor make the trailer more use for other things to, thanks for your time today watching my video and talking the time to write 🙏👍👍👍👍👍👍

Excellent video. I guess my question is how to load a bike on one of the single trailer where there aren't the extra runners on the sides of those to stand on !

Very informative video. If you were to load 2 bikes onto this trailer where do you attach the straps to the trailer for the rear wheel of each bike?

How do you get the bike off? As you have no where to put your feet to support you. Thanks
