Nah not all of us are like that. I worked at BK that was my first job and I always got complimented on my good customer service skills. They offered me to be a shift manager but I declined cause it was too much stress and plus I was focusing on school. I treat all the customers well and had patience when some kept changing their orders. Lol it was a wild experience to say the least

I’m glad she did because the service at the major fast food restaurants in Memphis is very poor. You pull up to the to place your order and they just let you sit there. They don’t acknowledge that you there to place an order. After you sit there for a while they will acknowledge you and tell you that their system is down. If you pull up and it looks to you like they’re still open because the menu is lit up like they’re open, they won’t acknowledge you and tell you they’re closed. So you get very angry because you can see the workers inside but they won’t acknowledge you. When you pull up to make a purchase they have a nasty attitude and act like they’re mad at you because you came to buy their products. They get mad if you ask for condiments because they don’t want to go and get the condiment. They are always out of a lot their products especially late at night. Many times, I have pulled up behind a long line of cars and sat there for at least 20 minutes before they would tell us that they’re not taking any orders. So I wrote all of this to say, that I understand why that young woman did what she did. Their service is extremely poor and many times I have wanted to do the same thing because their lack of service made me so angry. And their service is not poor some of the time. It’s poor ALL THE TIME. In addition to that, I have called these companies and complained many times and yet the quality of their service continues to decline.
