Awesome lead! I'm using a different daw, and I just can't make the same effect you make with the flanger. I've tried a couple different flangers, and selecting manual mode and changing the rate, doesn't even come close to your sound. Any equivalent to Cubase flanger you might recommend?

Ok, so I've looked some tutorial on what manual mode does in Cubase's Flanger and now I get it. You basically manualy "flange" up or down, as if you where an LFO

If anyone doens't have a flanger with manual contol, I found one and it's free: *MFlanger from Melda production* and the setting you're looking for is *LFO override*

Annoyingly I'm following this in Ableton Live and the flanger sounds nothing like the one you are using so the sound doesn't quite work in the same way. Are there any other flangers that work in the same way, or is there a way of getting the Cubase flanger into Ableton?

The flanger your using at 6:40 is a cubase vst. i'm working with ableton and the flanger of ableton doesnt have an manual function.
i just googled a bit but couldnt find one (i'm not that good with flsngers).
can you recommend one vst flanger for ableton with a manual knob? or should i buy cubase just for the flanger? 😂

sir help me, i dont have S&H option in my serum..how can i achieve this sound without s&h option..
S&H is a Sample&Hold, and its kinda random LFO, and in Serum without it i dont think its possible. Update your serum version, and it will be there. I recomend you buying Serum, as its realy easy and sound great. Trough Splice you can buy it by paying monthly 10€
