That truck of yours runs almost twice as fast as mine does,I swapped over to a set of WPL rims and tyres because they look more akin to what you find on a Land Rover.

Very nice. I got mine about a week ago. Non proportional steering and way to underpowered is the issue. I'm thinking of ways to upgrade with LaTrax desert runner motor and steering servo and might as well throw in those electronics as well. Now I need a metal gear trans.

I did mine from the kit im useing a dynamite water proof servo water proof esc and 800 mah 2 s lipo i also added oil shocks i love the little thing fun to drive😁🚙

helpful? the Fayee 6 spoke rims/tires (sold as WPL upgrade in eBay 5 bucks a set) are slightly shorter not much, are a wider flatter tread, and the rims are wider more offset to give near 1/2" more track width total. wrap the front rims 2 layers 2 mm solder (16 turns total) for traction and steering when climbing steeper. the extra wheel weight and width also makes it harder to tip over. the tires DO swell larger when bagged wet with WD-40 for about 10 hours to be close to same diameter as MN tires, I used Elmers rubber cement to mount them, black silicone would also be good for grip and taking up slack between tire and rim, easy to center them.

solder is cheap there too, couple 100 gram rolls is enough to do couple Fayee rims, and 2 WPL stock rims, 9 turns = filled, on those.
