Literally best hype man of all choreographers out there. Phil's hype is straight dangerous...so hyphe lesser dancers could be thrown off by how lit he gets when people nail a move on the beat just like he wants. I LOVE how Phil splices in his message about screwing up and continuing on through the routine.
