hz is the amount of times a waveform cycles per second. Sound is oscillations in air pressure (as in going from high pressure to low pressure) between around 20hz (goes from high to low 20 times a second) and 20khz (goes from high to low 20k times a second) although this varies between people and age. The lower the frequency in hz, the lower the pitch so 20hz is sub-bass and 20khz is a piercing sizzling. The channel repitched the track so that the root note is 432hz. Some people believe this alligns ur chakras or whatever but its all nonsense. On some tracks slightly repitching can sound cool.
