- I have always had an extreme prejudice against mass produced plastic frames. Actually pretty much anything that bounces around in the echo chambers of the social media platforms I am vehemently opposed to.
But here’s some time spent and honest commentary about the Scout Lt.

Sometimes putting aside your prejudices/ preconceived notions and you can see why something is so popular..
I am new to the slingshot world, and ordered the Scout LT based on the number of positive reviews as well as the (reasonable, all things considered) price.
I couldn't have been happier with the customer service I received from Simpleshot, as well as the (very) quick shipping. I have since ordered 2 more slings from them ;)

I removed the "Grip Wings" from both sides of the frame, I removed the Flip Clip X and tie the bandset using Wrap & Tuck. My Scout LT slings .38cal round lead ball into a 3" diameter circle.

I kind of feel the same way. the only frames I have from simple shot are the flippin pickle and the dead ringer.
@@slingshotunderground I can understand that. ive had an axiom, for my hands its was too big. I wear a small or medium glove depending on the maker. I'll use 1632 tubes from simple shot, but the flat bands have a heavier pull to me. I target shoot, and even the .40 feels heavy compared to others. I give everything a try, then make up my mind.
Gene, do you use a floating anchor or solid anchor on your cheek, etc ?

You definately cant build no wooden junk frame slingshot better then anyone of the SCOUTS.
