With how good her voice keeps getting technically I bet by the time she goes on tour for her 6th album we're gonna get high notes galore. I'm talking G5's G#5's and A5's. Heck maybe even Bb5's. I bet right now she's just trying to cool it because of new songs she's recording and stuff. She wants to sound her best in the studio. Also I bet she's trying to find out the best technique for her high notes now since she's been improving. It's smart of her to save her voice and not go full out all the time. I'm just glad she's not like some artists that just lipsynch the high parts. She's a true artist for dodging the high notes rather than just tricking us into thinking she did it. One of the many reasons to love Demi💜💜💜.

I personally think Lionheart is better without the crazy high notes. The studio version is just perfect. The Mawazine Fest performance (which I still to this day can't believe I witnessed live) also is! That song just feels warmer without the crazy runs.
There are new performances where she’s doing the notes in For You again,.. On the first song I actually prefer her alternatives coz at least you can understand the lyrics better. In My Love is like a Star she say that she likes performing that song because she gets lost in it. Meaning she really loves playing with the runs and all that. You’ll notice there’s always something that she changes there and her latest performance of that in Arlington is same as her Walmart notes with the A5 coz she can do it again unlike in 2016. For the other notes, IDK but maybe she was advised by her vocal coach not to do those anymore coz she took some lessons beginning of the year to make sure she’s using correct techniques to not ruin her voice.
I kinda miss MLILAS runs but I like it now too. Why doesn’t she hit the G5 in For You anymore? I mean the bitch is sustaining A5’s but can’t sustain a G5? Come through demi!

Demi doesn't attempt these notes in a while and she probably won't hit them anymore because she found adjustments for them. It does NOT mean she can't hit them, even because she just hit some of her highest notes ever in the past week. This is not a hate video, it's just the truth.
