    If you are sincere about changing your language discard the term "stigma".

      I am curious about your suggestion to discard the term stigma. What is your thought process around discarding the term stigma? Do you suggest that we ignore the Stigma that occurs and pretend it does not exist, or do you suggest that we replace it with another word to describe a very real and impactful phenomenon that occurs?

      NOPE. I AM autistic, and the best way to eliminate the stigma against the mentally ill is to treat them like you would anyone else. We don't need to change our language to accomodate them.
