Hi! For ppl who would like to adjust the size of the bag, i realised not any odd number for foundation chain works. It has to be a multiple of 3 and +1 ch = to an odd number. So for example i used (3×6)+1=19ch instead of 25ch.Hope this helps! Edit: I think even number works too as long as it is a multiple 3 and add 1 more chain! I kept mine as odd number since chenda uses an odd number in her video☺️
@@myrs3189 I used 19ch to make mine. So I got 19 by 3 x 6 = 18. And because it has to be an odd number(like chenda said in her video), I added 1 more chain so total 19 ch. So basically it's has to be any number multiplied by 3 and then adding 1 more chain to it.
Thank you SO MUCH😭🙏 because I was over continuously taking out the stitches and counting each one to make sure they were correct😂😂😭. Edit: I still thank you for this explanation. It worked out for me, but kind of opposite. Mine happened on an even number😂.

Hi! Did you make the big one or the small one? If the big one, how many balls of yarn did you use, cause 2 balls (100gram each) barely got me through 1 bag side 😢😢😢
@@star-fl6kw Hi, sorry for the late reply. I made the smaller one. So I can’t really help you :( but I used about 6 balls of yarn and always two threads at once.
Hello! Here to tell the small issue in this pattern telling. When we are in the part where we repeat row 5 and row 6, we have to change the written row 5 a bit. You see, normally in the written row 5 we are ending with a DC3-TOG then a single crochet into the chain 2 space. But when we are in the repeating part that pattern doesn’t really help cause we will be left with an extra stitch/loop after the last DC3-TOG. When I watch the way she repeats she actually makes a single crochet into that extra stitch and doesn’t make a single crochet into the ch2 space! So for repeating row 5 this should be the pattern: Chain 2 - Turn your work Skip the chain 2 DC3-TOG + SC 2 | repeat until you are left with 2 last stitches. Into the 2 last stitches make a DC3-TOG after that make a SC into the last stitch. Hope that helps!

Hi Chenda. Love your all designs. I have a question on this part 50:20 where you are attaching the base. For the base, 2 popcorn stitches was added to 12 popcorn stitches to make 14 total. When attaching to the body of the bag, where does the extra 2 popcorn stitches align to?
@@최수연-t2f Hello there. I think when you start the corners from the initial straight attachment part, the first corner popcorn stitch will be attached with 2 popcorn stitches. As you attach, it will eventually fall into place and the corner need an extra popcorn stitch to turn. I hope my explanation makes sense and all the best in your project 😬

Do you have to double your yarn strand (when making the smaller bag) or can you just use a singular strand? 1:10 What is the purpose of doubling the yarn strand?
doubling the yarn up essentially just makes it work up like a thicker yarn. you could use just a singular strand of thicker yarn and follow the same pattern, or use a single strand of thinner yarn and adjust the size to account for it (this will make the popcorn stitches smaller though, so it depends what look you are going for)
