Unique Food of Lijiang (Delicious Donkey Home Recipe + Traditional Nasuo Hotel)

A long day of driving to reach Lijiang deserves nothing but the tastiest food for a welcome. Donkey and Yak are the two special meals you have to have when you visit this part of China.
Tonight we are having an amazing Donkey hot pot, full of veggies, tofu, and pretty much every part of the animal they offer at this restaurant (the most 'special' of which is the donkey skin!), we couldn't be more excited!
This trip is halfway done, and thank you so much for joining us this far! I hope you are looking forward to finishing the trip with us in Shangri-La, and then finally in DaLi, and I am excited to see what those videos look like when they're done.
