Ariel was always loyal and clear about his support to Francis, no matter what Dana or the ufc as a whole would do (for example, putting pressure on their fighters to avoid joining the show). Francis has always been loyal to Ariel and the program as well: every big news, every huge announcement, or, like this one, big interview was always with Ariel first so I'm glad and proud of this "team": the new red hot boxer and arguably the biggest and definitely most relevant mma journalist in the world (either you love or hate him, accept it or not). Some say the good always defeats the bad, it "prevails " and even though it's not always the case, with Ariel and Ngannou vs Dana and his hate and lies it's a pleasure to see time after time the "good" ones win, and each of those victories is a terrible pain in the ass of White.

Ive been a huge fan of Francis for some time now, I'm always happy for him succeeding.
From hearing his backstory, first time i saw that interview w J.Rogan i dropped what i was doing and carefully listened. He's shown resiliency, intellect, and an ability to learn and adapt with the following
    1. His backstory
    2. Only reason we know his backstory is because he LEARNED English... in his mid 30s and was able to describe and explain his tough childhood to us. And he's so articulate w his words....in a second language.
    3. His nonchalant and stoic pov on a lot of things.
    4. He learned from his first fight with Stipe and look at the second time around.... Perfect sprawl and reversal ....to the eventual brutal KO
    5. He uses said wrestling against Gane with a TORN KNEE LIGAMENT (not only winning and using said techniques, but ACCEPTING the fight in the first place w that condition at the time)
    6. Sticking to what he believes in and what he thinks is right, standing up to the UFC/Dana
    7. Not taking the easy route like we all would by re-signing w UFC, but rather going elsewhere
    8. Seeking a boxing bout with the CHAMPION (Fury)
    9. Seek out proper and effective boxing training (as we saw Sat night)
    10. Carrying himself with class and stoic, again throughout the buildup
    11. Performing like he did Saturday night and basically winning the fight.
Francis shocked the world, he shocked the elitist, pompous boxing community, but he did not shock himself. He knew what he was doing this whole time.
Francis needs a movie made of him asap, and ive been saying it since i saw his interview w Rogan

Francis must be appreciated as a global treasure. Once Francis switched to southpaw in round 2, I understood it was going to be something different that night; simply fireworks. And I hope he ends up beating Wilder and Joshua as well. Never thought much about this overrated heavyweight era in boxing where nobody is actually fighting each other and they still get credited as being goats, which is a big joke and an insult to heavyweight history. Fury's face after getting knocked down in round 3 and being bullied afterwards; Francis just became my absolute favorite MMA heavyweight champion.

    • @starseeddeluxe

I agree. He's my favorite fighter now. He is the most respectful, humble person ever. To be 272 pounds of solid muscle, and to be able to speak kindly of your you opponents the way he does. He is such a good role model. I don't know if people realize what a treasure he is, because he is setting an example for millions and millions of people; he's not once tried to make mean racial slurs, or unnecessary insults about another man's family or wife. This is completely different from other boxers (Wilder) or MMA stars like Adesanya. The strongest Human on Earth is also the nicest man on Earth, and that is good for Humanity.

Francis has made me realize that I don't really like Tyson Fury as a person or a fighter. I used to love his spiritual wisdom, but I saw him throw that clean elbow to Francis (that could have seriously hurt a normal person or cut them bad)... And I didn't believe any of the accusations about Fury with the gloves in the past, but I saw that elbow he threw, and that was reason enough to take a DQ loss. Francis would rather lose 10 fights in a row, than throw an illegal elbow to someone.

The worst thing about this is how bad the UFC "fumbled the bag." In America it's called "fumbling the ball." There's nothing more humiliating than fumbling a football (American Football). You are thrown a perfect pass, and then you can't hold onto it, and you lose the whole game because you're clumsy and lacking concentration. The UFC was given the biggest star in the last 25 years, and they were too dumb to see the vision of Francis. He has a vision like Conor McGregor, but Francis is actually sober, not on PED's, and has cardio to complete championship fights.

Ppl can say what they want, but i love the respect and support shown to Frances from Ariel. Frances embodies the hard hat, blue collar, men of pride and family. He's inspired so many of us to stand firmly in not only our dreams but what is rightfully ours. Frances came out a winner Saturday night without a question. The French He Man has made me a fan and a believer. Que the song Ariel just made up 😅

I just laughed out loud when I noticed how Francis doesn't even have a tiny scratch or nick on his face. And he claims that he took some "good punches" from Tyson Fury. A 277 pound man punched him and he doesn't have a scratch on him. I tried telling people before this fight, that there is just no way for Fury to win against Ngannou, one reason being Ngannou's durability. Ngannou is the most durable boxer fighting right now.

Even though he felt uncomfortable because of not having the experience during each round, he still fought a very smart fight. Even Fury's ILLEGAL elbow shot didn't even face him. He did get robbed. Everyone knows he WON that fight!
