My first girlfriend [Spina Bifida since birth] became the school champion. Nice to see [50 years on] The young of today learning the sport.

It is simply called an arm wrestle NOT A WHOLE BODY THROWN APON IT WRESTLE .If she sat up strate THROUGH OUT and let her arms SOLELY do the wrestling which is SIMPLY WHAT AN ARM WRESTTLE SHOULD AWAYS BE she probably would not win virtually any .Who agrees .
If you have never watched professional matches, why do you comment like you know anything? Thats not only perfectly legal but also recommended. Wait until you find out people use their foot too

Also than the boys - in these ages, mostly after BOTH genders turning 14, max. 15 years old, I don't think so anymore ! After turning these teen ages, it is SO rare AND hard to find late teen girls / young adult women with longer hands, palms AND fingers than that of late teen boys / young adult men - UNFORTUNATELY !!! Arm wrestling is a full body sport. Only rules are to keep your elbow on the match, you can use momentum and your whole body
