    INGREDIENTS:
    2 cups marungay leaves
1 large green papaya, cut into 1 inch chunks
    2 tbsp cooking oil
    1 small onion, sliced
    3-4 garlic cloves, minced
    5 slices of ginger
    3 lbs bone-in chicken pieces
    3-4 tbsp patis (fish sauce)
    4 cups chicken broth
    2 cups water
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Directions:
    1. Remove marungay leaves from stems. Clean and rinse under running water. Set aside.
    2. Peel 1 large papaya. Spoon out the seeds. Cut into 1 inch chunks.
    3. Heat up a large pot on medium/high heat and add cooking oil.
    4. Saute onion, garlic and ginger until fragrant.
    5. Add chicken pieces and cook for 5 min or until lightly brown.
    6. Add patis, chicken broth, and water.
    7. Bring to a boil. Cover and cook for 30 minutes on medium heat.
    8. After 30 min, carefully add papaya chunks. Allow to cook for 5 min or until papaya is fork tender.
    9. Add marungay leave and let it cook for 1-2 minutes.
    10. Season with salt and pepper as needed.
    11. Enjoy!

Yeah pero nilunod mo agad yong malunggay kasama ang papaya… dapat pinalambot mo muna yong papaya then last yong malunggay kasi for sure wala ng vitamins yong kasi overcooked na.. just saying lang po
