This week I got 27 Battle Beasts, some with weapons, fair conditions, US$2 each one! I put'em in my backpack right away. Then at the Yard-Sale arrived a guy looking for them to buy'em all.😁 Chances knock on your door once and leave if You don't open & grab' em in!

Also, not sure if you've heard of it, "crackpot" is used to mean "eccentric" in English. The name of that character might be a play on words? I don't know the character but thought I'd mention it.
It's more nuanced than "eccentric" and generally is a negative term. I've heard it most used to describe people with "crazy" ideas, almost like conspiracy theorists but a bit less crazy. It's not common, I think it's older slang. Vintage, if you will 😆

I was able to go to TfCon in Baltimore & trade some of my extras/ unwanted for cool Tfs- filling a few holes. As I was working the Con, didn't have as much free time, but was a blast! But the best thing about it was all the cool people I met & the costumes they had on.

One bengali was 100€ with the hammer and then there was also one with a repro hammer but can’t remember the price. Im still looking for the hammer 😜

Makes me wonder what deals there were on the graded figures now, and how much your pal got the mummra playset for. Sounds like there were bargains going around.

Cool show Ed! Those are some great pick ups! Not much pick ups for me this week. I love vintage but there isn't a whole lot in my area to look at besides modern toys at Walmart or Target. It sucks you couldn't come to the States to hang with NARC and Greco. However, they transformed your picture into Flat Edley and carried you around with them. So, you were there in spirit.

14:20 The reason for the running change, was because the LASER He-Man and Skeletor were substitutes for actual movie figures. At some point in production, they swapped He-Man's head with the standard one.

Hi, Ed. I'm from Argentina and the TMNT figurines you show at 1:30 were sold here in the 90s as a surprise with a chocolate bar (Chocolate Águila). I've always thought they had been made by that company for the Argentinian market but now I'm not sure. I still have Raph, Donatello, Splinter and Shredder. Greetings.

I know there is a difference in the exchange rate, but prices over there seem far more reasonable than here in the US (Chicago).
I think 1€ is like 1,20$ but not sure anymore, also a lot of these are the european variants which are sometimes less expensive eventough more uncommen
Edit: I should have waited to comment!! I would have also gave my arm for that Lots-of-Legs Caterpillar! Those are so hard to find in the USA.
I would have gave my left arm for those ponies. There might have been some exclusives in there. Wish the USA would have some conventions like this 😫
I’m not too educated on the MLP exclusives but i know there a lot of collectors in the benelux. I indeed didn’t see MLP toys at the conventions I went to in Texas 🤔
It was a great convention. Hopefully the first of many, after almost 2 years of drought. And yes… NO Funko’s, just vintage goodness. Nice to see you and Matti in the wild. Although hearing you speak Belgian instead of English took some getting used to. (watched your vid in slow motion to find out I make a cameo in the background).
All in all, an awesome weekend. I walked away with some motu, dino-riders, starcom, zoids, a complete Heroquest board game and a heap of Blackstar figures. I regret passing on that Blackstar Gargo you were holding at 28:35.
The only downside is that we spent 2 hours walking circles in room 1, and just when we were about to go home we found out there was a room 2…........
