I wondered why my repeater never worked correctly.. cause I never draw the stroke from the centre.. Now I know... and you can use Alt + [ or ] to trim layers on timeline instead of Ctrl+shft+D then deleting them

So sad, when I get to the part where you copy the path from the fuse and paste it to the red fire, the fire disappears, I have no idea why?

Are you making sure to paste it onto the position? Also, it could've moved outside the canvas, meaning that you just have to move it back into place. Try zooming out and seeing if it's placed elsewhere :)
