I don't know why I'm having anxiety just by watching the news about the war in Gaza. I'm miles away from it, but my heart felt the pain, the anxious, the fear, everything, I feel like I'm with them, in the war. I felt them, I felt the sufferings, and I can't sleep peacefully at night, thinking that as I lay in bed, more kids are sacrificed. I'm not Palestinians, I don't know how much they suffered, heck I don't even know about them, but my heart bleeds just by hearing their pleas, seeing their tears, crying for help. The only thing that's keeping me from panic attack is praying, I get peace whenever I pray, I never cried when I pray, but ever since the war started, my tears just drop whenever I pray.

You are not alone thousands and thousands of deeply compassionate people are dealing with higher levels of not only anxiety but depression, thinking that if this horrific situation can not only be their reality in what we thought was our more advanced civilization, who can guarantee that this can never happen to us. If it wasn't for people like us with such a deep rooted sense of empathy this earth that we call home, would have been destroyed many years ago. We are witnessing in shock just how many people so different from us, with no moral compass, no sense of compassion in their DNA are actually our leaders running our countries. What we the average people, working class or not would never have allowed to BUILD to this point over there, our leaders who we have voted for believing they best represented our values , we are standing stunned at what is being revealed about these people we thought we could trust. We thought were over all for peace when ever and where ever possible. But people like you and me are not alone there are millions of us all over the world feeling anxious, scared, depressed and ANGRY, over GAZA and weather we ourselves are safe from the greed and indifference of our own leaders. Because we are in the hands of these heartless leaders. But are we, ? We are the body of water that keeps them afloat, we as the population way out number them by trillions. We need to choose more humble people as leaders. Not narcissistic, I pat my self on the back men and women as leaders. Transparency is the KEY!!!! To finding and standing behind a good hearted leader. I am not surprised good hearted people are extremely intelligent people. Lov ❤ U
