Hi mate been watching your videos for a whole now and your someone who has a lot of knowledge and a different style of thinking when it comes to pain issues. Question is i get pain around the left glute only when sitting buckets eats or hard surfaces are the worst thought it was piriformis and poor mobility in my hips than was thinking it cold be bursa inflammation ,but looking into S.I joint dysfunction as well my treatments at home involve stretching, strengthen and mobility work pain has decreased 505 but i feel i havnt hit the nail on the head i feel" yes i have also ruled out disc issues , is S.I dysfunction a problem you know how to deal with and resolves left side only , only when sitting dull ache which is around the piriformis area to the feeling of my I.T band being stretched whislt in a sitting position . sounds like a possible S.I joint dysfunction issue , as my left hip feels stuck , and i also have snapping hip on the same side too , not sure if thats related , any advice would be ap;preciated , long time sub
Which state are you in, do you still see patients in person? I desperately want a physical hands on treatment from someone who understands how to treat TOS . I am in Melbourne, would you know of anyone you could recommend or how to do an effective online search for someone? Thanks
Hi mate, I’m currently in NSW and yes I do treat people in person. I used to work with a fantastic Physio in Somerville if that’s not too far away from you!
