It has a much clearer image than the version that has been on RUclips for the last several years, and I've loved this film since I first watched it on a Sunday afternoon on my old B&W picture tube TV almost 50 years ago. I think it has a similar aesthetic to TV crime shows that were popular in the early 1970s, such as Hawaii Five-O, or movies like "Billy Jack".
This - much better transfer, still doesn't look like HD but much better.
It's pretty cool that these dads agreed to perform in their kids' high school film project.
Music by Sean Bonniwell, worth a watch just for that.

Ooh yes, a good old 70's heist movie!!!! Love it! Music was great!
And I can see the reflection of the camera crew in the car window! Those amateurish touches were so endearing.

My goodness, the seventies were a “hairy” decade, all that facial hair and untidy haircuts! How times have changed.
In the 1960s, only the hippies and rock stars had long hair but, in the 70s, almost every male under 50 wore hair that was at least a little bit longish. And the bell-bottom pants, platform shoes, really wide neckties...I remember...
