We talk about getting the youths of the streets and into the masjids and sports clubs but really we need to get to the root cause. The absence of the dads whilst just being present in body. Get them into the masjids to listen to speakers like this.
This needed to be said. So many married single ladies, and the Muslim community which I’m a part of is so affected by this. No wonder our divorce rates are skyrocketing. Because if you’re the one doing almost everything including helping with the bills, you might as well do it solo with your kids. It’s so sad
Children don’t raise themselves, and they don’t magically develop into well-rounded, compassionate adults without guidance and care. If you’re absent-emotionally, mentally, or physically-and think your child will somehow turn out fine, you’re gravely mistaken. Neglect leaves scars that can last a lifetime, shaping their behavior, self-worth, and future relationships. You can’t ignore their needs now and expect them to thrive later. Your involvement, love, and support are not optional; they’re essential for your child’s well-being and future. The cost of neglect will always be greater than the effort it takes to be present.
Jazak Allah khairan brother for talking about this issue. It's a sad reality in many people's life. Even some wife have this problem of communication with her husband. Dinner time the phone is on the table as a third party. Very sad when the wife strives all day to put a good food on the table and happy to have an hour face to face with the husband but all he's interested in are what's happening around the world 😢😢😢😢
This is the most profound lecture I've heard ever. Everything has been described as it is. This is faith. True faith. ماشاء اللہ. Brother we need to hear more please. Allah bless you.
Mashallah very beautiful inshallah Allah help us I'm single mom I have a one son he is 10 years old. He always complaining that I didn't give him enough time, but I work hard to survive the life. Pray for me.
Everything you just said 10000000% . I loved how u said wen it comes to Joanne sooo true great speaker . And how u said the husbands are better off dead 😊
I think there should be mandatory annual counseling for married couples, with or without children. It should be a prerequisite to maintaining your marriage license.
Interesting that we have parents now that are acting like the pre Islamic sahaba. Interesting when a mother and father have never hugged their child once in life no active listening no interest, no guidance, religious or worldly... but in the parents old age, they think these children are beholden to them. Allahu Akbar! May Allah save us from this
Dear Shiekh and all The sad reality is we all are enslaved in the modern society. Mum has to work as one income isn't enough for all the bills and taxes. 9 to 5 hobs begun and extend much beyond those confines Kids finish at 3:15, but parents don't. Only a sick society has those as acceptable norms So, please don't come so heavy on parents who are trying to provide a decent living Blame the policy makers for setting those hours Believe me by 3, the jobs around the offices and warehouse can be done if the chance is given to the parents
Yes he has to. My father worked a lot but also when he was at home he watched tv and he never showed interest in us even on his days off. No one works 24/7.
I know a mother that rejected her 7th daughter (wanting a son) so the father bought her home. That child grew up to be the narcissistic mothers puppet & put her father in abusive white care home abused, punched, starved, isolated to his death nevervto return home now sharing caring posts including this 💔

Yes parenting is the best job you'll ever do. ❤
My dear, it takes two to tango. Men's egos are ruining homes

This was a much needed reminder and appreciated ❤
Alhumdulia for speaking about this. There should be more talks about how we need to be parents.
May Allah guide us and all our dear ones !
That story was truly heartbreaking.
MāshāAllāh akhi, spot on. Speaking as an educator and Alhamdulillāh, a non-parent. I would probably be making these mistakes if I have had children.

My dad was the best Allah grant him jannan...
Ameen.
Alhamdulillah may Allah grant him Jannah Al Firdaus
Parenting is a very hard work. Unfortunately many parents or one parent do not want to the work!
I think before we get married, we should get counseling.
I think there should be mandatory annual counseling for married couples, with or without children. It should be a prerequisite to maintaining your marriage license.
The end about how men behave with outsiders(women)is💯% true. I live this fact
Thank you. You are absolutely right. I believe exactly what you are saying. I am one of them. Wish I can be better .

Kids are always bored and parents are always busy

I heard more from P Diddy and R Kelly than from my dad. And now even they let me down!
MASHALLAH WELL SAID SIR. THIS IS THE BEST TEACHING I EVER HEARD THANK YOU I DEFINITELY WILL BENEFIT FROM IT ❤❤
100%!!!!!
Please do more and more reminders on this topic.
So true 💔
Some Muslim men prioritize their mothers over their kids. Because “Jannah lies under mothers feet”
Dear Shiekh and all

9 to 5 hobs begun and extend much beyond those confines
Kids finish at 3:15, but parents don't.
Only a sick society has those as acceptable norms
So, please don't come so heavy on parents who are trying to provide a decent living
Blame the policy makers for setting those hours
Believe me by 3, the jobs around the offices and warehouse can be done if the chance is given to the parents
We need this video in arabic
Parents are to blame, your upbringing, I know this. You are there physically but not emotionally or otherwise
Can you not have a background music. Please we don't need this.
It’s just vocals
@16:45 yeah they call them daddy issues for a reason
@14:20 subhanallah play PlayStation with your son! And talk about their day and Islam while doing it! Halal games! Cmon man wallahi
Look from the other side cuz fathers must provide basic things ...what happens wen they dont earn enuf to do so...

Yep just ask those who don’t have children
لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله
