Chicken Karela Recipe | How To Make Bitter Gourd With chicken | ‎@Nishooskitchen
INGREDIENTS :
Bitter gourd (Karela), sliced and fried
1-2 onion, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
300g chicken, cut into pieces
1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon cumin seeds (zeera)
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika powder
2 tomatoes, chopped
Cooking oil, as needed
INSTRUCTIONS :
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add the sliced bitter gourd and fry until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add chopped onion and sauté until soft.
4. Add ginger-garlic paste and chicken. Mix well.
5. Season with salt, cumin seeds, black pepper, and paprika powder. Stir everything together.
6. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes until it's well combined.
7. Add chopped tomatoes and cook for a few more minutes until the tomatoes soften.
8. Finally, add the fried bitter gourd to the chicken mixture and mix well.
9. Cook for another minute or two, and it's ready to serve.
