There is so much more to this. If the federal government says something is unconstitutional, each state gets to decide if they will abide by it. Also, most states have a law against police lying. The police are trained to lie. But, since police can't be penalized and can't do their job without lying, it is ignored.

A warrant needs to be signed and dated by a judge for a particular date of search. And remember, an arrest warrant is not a search warrant.

Well, when you say "police" in this video, you really mean "police in the USA" don't you? I might suggest that the problems with your police are that they are an armed militia, not a police force. Over here in Europe, we do have that problem amongst various types of police in different states, but we don't have that problem across the board. The Guardia Civil in Spain are very different from their Policia Local or Nacional for example. They all have guns, but the Guardia Civil are an armed militia and behaves as such... Armed militias don't have a good track record policing civilians. They apply a military mindset to a civilian problem. The US led "war on drugs" would be a good example of this, which dragged all their allies in also... Since the cease fire on that war, Spain has reverted to dealing with drug use as a public health and civil liberty issue, and has been following in Portugal's footsteps, rather than the US, and things are going much much better.
You keep on tackling civilian problems as pseudo-military ones. And, it's ugly.
This is just the opinions of a random European wandering past. I have no professional or academic basis for my views, just life experience. If I am naively missing details of American life, I sincerely apologise.
It's a good video, and it's good work that you're doing. Really good work. Thanks.
