1. Calm the adrenaline rush (concentrate on your breathing) 2. The power of pausing (so that you’ll have time to think of what to say next) 3. Mockup your speech (practice your speech in front of another person before the upcoming speech and ask for feedback) 4. Own yourself in the mirror (pay attention to your facial expressions and gestures, don’t forget to smile~ :) 5. Choose topics wisely (don’t pick up any topic to speak on, pick a subject that you are really familiar with) Hi from a Russian living in Japan. Have a great day!✨✨✨

well, According to a survey .the fear of public speaking is ranked higher than the fear of death...thanks Michelle for such amazing content ...well I think the only difference between a professional and a non-professional speaker is that a professional speaker can control their nerves but a non -professional can not. Practice makes a man perfect..again thank you so much Michelle. may God bless you.
Michelle mam plz do be aware of that when you refer to mirror you sd use the preposition called "in front of "and when a man or living things you should use the preposition called "before" .for example:That man is speaking english in front of mirror .I am very happy to deliver my speech before you.hope you got my point mam.you have been a brilliant teacher for me for a long time.so plz mam plz
Those who are reading my comment: The Beatles sang to 55,000 screaming fan audiences at Shea Stadium, USA in 1965. Imagine singing to such a huge crowd. But you know what Paul McCartney (one of the beatle) said later in his interview? He said, "When we felt nervous of the huge crowd, I stopped for a moment, I breathed and remembered WHY I am here. That is what gave me relief from stage fright." Hope this helps to all the singers who are watching this.
