This kid is amazing. His work is beautiful, but his spirit and perspective on photography/art is where it's really at. I think it's awesome to be able to take photographs that are just pleasing to the eye, but I really appreciate his drive to explore different cultures and have a serious 'purpose' behind it. To be honest it's hard to find a lot of young photographers who take that seriously. These are the kinds of photographers who Should be making money, not just people who take photos of things or people that are pretty. I wish him the best of luck in his endeavors. Also really hot so that's great too lol.
I really liked him, because he seems genuine person and knowing that he's not a stereotype person is his strength. I wish him all the best in future works.
A really great interview, with a lot of great insights. He is a delight to listen to as well... and I agree with Matt would love to see more like it.. Keep up the awesom work..
hopefully i bump in one of those "medium-format-fuji-400h-full-body-shallow-depth-of-field-surreal-color-portrait" photographers who wants to take a picture of me. i'd love to have one of these from myself lol
I went to LCC and did a foundation after getting really bad a-levels and it changed my whole life. From failing in all my subjects when I was younger, to finally finding something I was good at, photography and design. Funny how someone can have such a different exprience in a course!!
Ok hold up. I lover this v much !! U habe to do more of this mann !! Anyway ive been a negativefeedback subscriber since almost the beginning and i must say the content and style of the videos are just getting better and better overtime. Keep it up mah doooods
Another great clip as always! I understand that different variables come into play sometimes but feel if you're going to test a film its probably better to do it on a camera you know really well like a Leica or Contax that you have used in the past as you know exactly what to expect from the lens and the way you're going to shoot, then the review only comes down to what your seeing from the film.
i love this make more! and also can you make a vid with tips on how to get an assistant/intern position? like who to reach out to, platforms, or anything will do really, cause its SO F*ING HARD
LOVE this interview (and negativefeedback). can you do a video about which COLOR film works best for various skin tones? i find that porta 400 and maybe Fuji makes dark skin look washed out or grayish and lomography is close but don't representative of reality. What film did cian use on the boy at 8:08? that picture doesnt look washed out or too bright-- it looks like it's true to life.
Really enjoyed this. I’d love to see more videos like this showcasing photographers you guys admire.

Great interview, Cian left his Wanking-Paper in the background.
You should make the video open for subtitles contributions.
