@@theweekendhomesteaders you are quite welcome. Forty-odd years ago, when I was a young man of 18, I really wanted to buy a '69 Z/28 that a friend of my dad had. But I needed my parents to co-sign the bank loan, and my dad refused. Dad had ridden in the car once. I remember him telling me that he wouldn't co-sign the loan, because I would just go out and kill myself driving the car. Hahaha... Looking back on it, dad was likely correct in his assumption. Anyway... your car reminds me of that car, (although his wasn't original). He had completely rebuilt his, from bare frame up. It was painted the same green as yours. However, his stripes were black. Black interior. He had put a 396 in his. Backed by a manual 4-spd. I don't recall what rear gearing he used.
