- I decided to get a new PA setup and this amplifier was the first box to arrive, so I decided to grab my camera and record an unboxing video! I know it is in poor quality and I didn't put any editing-work in it.. But maybe some of you still enjoy it :-)
I own an XGA-3000. Super good clean amp. True 300 watt continue load finals. Also the loudest cooling system of all my amps. No auto temp speed control. Just loud as hell even on the soft vocal tunes we do. The singer suggested if we turned all the amp's cooling fans 90 degrees downward it could maybe even fly. That kind of loud !!
It was really loud indeed. I returned it.
Just change for silent fans
Disconnect two fans .to cut down noise
It has 4 fans. I disconnected 2 of the fans.it don't need 4 fans

Disconnect the two back fans and leave the cover off when playing "noise reduced tremendously
How do you get it to music ? To the audio in
it has 2 channels if you you connect 2 speakers of 8 ohms in each channel will low to 4 ohm the speakers?

Did you have any issues with the channel 1 or 2 inputs not producing any sound? I just bought a 5000 and one of my McGrey speakers did not have sound. I had to put it in the bridge input
I didn't encounter any issues with the channels. Maybe your unit is faulty.
Hi, i bought this in 2015 and it is perfect up to a point, but the fans are too noisy. It stayed in the cellar for 2 years and then I finally managed to sell it. Too bad because the gemini could do otherwise, they got lost with the fans. Hi
Same here! Really old video, but I returned it shortly after the purchase because of the fan noise. Besides of that it was great.
You could have easily replaced all the internal fans with low dB versions (with the same diameter/size/power requirements). Amazon has a bunch of different sellers that have them for sale. There are 3 fans inside (for the 3000). Look on Amazon or eBay for 80mmx80mm x25mmm (or 15mm), with a power rating of 24v and around 0.2mA. That’s what I did, and now all of my amps are much quieter.

I don't have it anymore, but I can still recommend it :)
Not guiet it has 4 fans I disconnected 2 to cut down the noise
