I started smoking about 12 years ago and had at least a pack a day for the past 10 years. A few years ago, i had switched to vaping but i was vaping even more and had to hit it every 10 minutes and when i didn't have it, I would be jonesing for my next puff. It was almost impossible to quit off vaping and the cough that i got from vaping was worse than from smoking so i switched back to smoking. I just kicked cigarettes for the 2nd time. It gets easier at about the 2nd week. You just got to do it cold turkey. The mornings and driving around was the hardest part of the days as those times were when I would smoke most. The first 2 days after quitting smoking, I felt like I was in a daze and slightly sick. Must have been the nicotine trying to get me to keep putting the poison into my body. But after the first 2 days you just have an urge for the repetitive movements and the throaty feeling of breathing smoke. Drinking alcohol greatly increases your urge to smoke, so i dont recommend for at least a month. If you do drink, just being around the other cigarette smokers outside and smelling the cigarettes is enough to calm the urges. Just don't actually smoke; it's just because you are drinking that you feel an even more overwhelming desire to smoke. Two weeks and 5 days smoke free for me. I hope everyone, who is struggling with an addiction, will be able to do the same! Best wishes!

Ive learned that regulations arent as strict as they seem. this product might be only essential oils but there are many products out there labeled as nicotine free when they still have some.

Cool idea. I just ordered one last Saturday. I switched from smoking to vaping, but vaping gave me Barrett's esophagus so I went back to smoking. I'm sick of waking up hacking and coughing. The initial cost is pretty expensive, but it's so well built you won't need to buy another one and the cores are only like 7 bucks for 3 cores. I've been using it for a while and bought a new one because a new colorway came out and there's more core flavors. It's helped me quit vaping and it's helped me deal with my chronic anxiety. The flavors are way different and geared more towards a more mature audience. I gave my brother my old FUM and it's helped him get off chewing tobacco.

It is a really cool product. I bought one. been using it for a few weeks now. I feel like there was a bit of a hump to get over. When you vape you are actually inhaling something. With this it is a really light essence. The closest Ive found to actually feeling like you inhale something with the FUM is the Crisp Mint flavor. Because I blasted through the cores pretty quick, I ended up buying peppermint essential oil to reload them. Lavender Oil is pretty good too. Great little product. Ive slowly been vaping less and less.

@Yong Yea they have several videos. Their product is successful and has helped many quit smoking including me. This is just a stainless steel version of their original product. Nothing has changed
You can quit however and whenever you want, things like these and patches are just meant to make it somewhat easier. You could throw out all the nictotine you own and vow to never touch it again and sure enough if you stuck to it you’d be free of addiction. Getting products like this only softens the blows. I smoked 40 cigarettes a day for 17 years. I guess it looks okay if your really trying to quit smoking and don't really have much options and on a very limited budget. But from me I would just smoke weed/delta 8. @Yong Yea they have several videos. Their product is successful and has helped many quit smoking including me. This is just a stainless steel version of their original product. Nothing has changed

You can quit however and whenever you want, things like these and patches are just meant to make it somewhat easier. You could throw out all the nictotine you own and vow to never touch it again and sure enough if you stuck to it you’d be free of addiction. Getting products like this only softens the blows. I smoked 40 cigarettes a day for 17 years. I tried to quit in every way, end even has some small successes varying from short moments of a few weeks, to even almost 2 years (so those 17 years of smoking have had its breaks). But the change to zero nicotine have always messed up my ability to concentrate. Even after 2 years of no nicotine I could not concentrate properly.
So my next plan was to regulate my nicotine intake slowly to almost zero... I changed to vaping only, which I did for 5 years... slowly lowering the nicotine to almost none (started with 5% Nic salts with the Juul, now I'm on 3mg base nicotine). Next step is the Füm.... with a small nicotine patch in the first month... as a transition. And then no nicotine at all. We will see how it goes. I expect to finally be released of this monkey on my shoulder.
