Well I think it's going to be a wonderful sequel for encanto! But if you want my advice Mirabel should marry a man who possesses a magic power! And together they have three kids Eduardo Rosa and Maria! Eduardo has invisibility, Rosa controls water, and Maria has the power to make her drawings come to life with a magic quill! But the problem is Maria was afraid that if she makes too many creations it will crowd everything and everyone there! So she had to conceal her magic! Just like Elsa from Disney's Frozen only different! Which is why Maria wanted to be as normal as her mother Mirabel! But during the movie Mirabel was trying to do whatever she could to help her daughter control her powers! Won't that be a great sequel for encanto!?

Literally what they did with Frozen 2…..like,how Moana 2 is coming soon….i wasnt even crazy about Moana ONE….but keeping stories confined to a 1 castle/castle village or a island can only offer so much before you have to open the world more to tell more stories.
I actually think an TV show type format for Encanto would work much better than a whole other movie, similar to what was done with Tangled the Series. It gives more time to just explore life with the characters in the village, and it wouldn't have that same expectation to live up to the first movie that it would be destined to fail on. Like, in terms of themes or stories it could tell in the future, I can't think of many avenues that would work in a second movie that wouldn't be better suited for a show. Explore beyond the Encanto? Show! See more of Pepa's side of the family? Show! Its a potential to tell so many MORE stories and showcase more characters.
