- This is the WM Systems light plus series loading ramp in a Standard roof height Mercedes Sprinter cargo van. The ramp is 47” wide and 98” long with 1,500lbs capacity. This ramp is equipped with standard external swivel and spring assist. This ramp shows our optional perforated surface.
This ramp system is available globally. We are the North American importer and have local sales and install partners throughout North America. We have a wide range of products to suit all vans on the market with a variety of widths, lengths, and capacities available.

Seems like it with every bump on road this thing is loud but beautiful design
Hi- Thanks for your comment/question. This is a popular concern. The ramp is pretty quiet. It does make noise but the leaves lock and its not banging around constantly. We can do that! Great The WM ramp system is suitable for all commercial vans. In the High Roof configuration you could go longer if desired; or stick with the 9ft model seen here. The mounting hardware will be specific to the vehicle but the ramp would be identical.

Does this still allow for a standard pallet to be loaded with a forklift?
Great Question! This model happens to be one of the wider ones at 47". In this case- YES- a forklift can still load a standard pallet. Its very popular for that application. Keep the questions coming. Available to discuss your unique needs at 763-762-3451.

What is the maximum weight handled by the ramps?

In case someone breaks in the back door, can you lock down the ramp
Thank you for your comment. While we don't offer it, We have had folks add locks to the ramp to provide additional security. How much space does the ramp take up in the back while folded up?
Hi- Thank you for your comment. Great Question. For folks with serious space concerns- we should talk in greater detail. The short answer is about 6", 8", or 12" from your rear door, it depends where you measure from and which vehicle your in. We have some other videos that detail this further. Does the ramp swing in as well or just swing out?
Thank you for your comment and great question. The external swivel is standard. The internal is optional and easily accomplished, it simply involves mounting a locking position near the wheel well to support the unit as you drive down the road. Keep the questions coming! Can a lock be put on it for added security?

No way in hell im going to be riding listening to that thing rattle down the road. Then not to mention the hassle of a forklift operator loading you with that thing taking up crucial inches on the left.
Thanks for your comment. The ramp is pretty quiet. It does make noise but the sections lock together, and it's not banging around constantly. There are also specific adjustments that can be made to avoid contact with the rear doors or surrounding equipment. Our 47" wide swivel ramp leaves about 50" of clearance in the rear doors for forklift access, which is enough for loading and unloading a 40" pallet. how much does this cost? can you swing the ramp to the side when not in use so you can still have view from the rearview mirror?

Hi- Thank you for your comment & question. This unit weights about 175lbs. Every ramp comes with a spring assist system that make them easy and ergonomic to use. The ramp itself is aluminum.
