Mr and Mrs Agarwal learnt in 2019 that they were going to be a bigger family, they were expecting twins. The babies were born on February 23, 2020, prematurely, and needed to spend time in the Neonatal ICU (NICU) to thrive more. Through strong recommendations, the Agarwals arrived at Rainbow Children's Hospital, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad, at the wee hours of the 24th.
