This "you-don't-have-to-do-anything approach is beyond me". Even letting-go requires a conscious effort. First, you need to acknowledge that you are a control freak. Then you need to decide whether it's serving you or not and if not. you need to figure out how to resolve it, hence cultivate a different mental state to it. You are doing something. So, where and when does the "don't-do-anything" come in? What exactly do you mean by that?
