I honestly think he should use that clip every time he ever brings up Mt. Olympus, hahaha
@@FunboxKaraoke lol he should 😂
That clip hurt my neck, I feel bad for everyone that went through that.

Hearing the words, “RMC cyclone” at Luna park....I could feel the outrage of every amusement park, theme park, roller coaster lovers all over the world. I felt that hard.
Or RMC Phoenix, or Iron Leap the Dips
Iron or twisted Psyclone
Not to mention the federal and NYC governments since it's a NYC landmark and on the National Register of Historic Places
If I said that I would get spartan kicked out my window
A tip: watch series at kaldroStream. Me and my gf have been using them for watching all kinds of movies during the lockdown.
Airtime thrills after seeing next gen vekomas and max force: “I can milk you”
Theme Park Predictions loves milking the new gen Vekomas.

Spinning 4-D Wooden RMC Giga for Clementon Park
that’s what i was thinking
I’ve been curious on what an RMC wooden 4D coaster could be like.
Part of me wants to do this on no limits....
That is hilarious
An RMC hybrid Giga could break a record.
After finally riding Maxx Force I understand why everyone wants it at every park!
I want a b&m flyer to go to Hershey, maybe a dive but to the gp that would look similar to Fahrenheit
This would be awesome

@Patrick Cadiz #RespectHowler
Kinda yeah
I've always been a big fan of independent parks in general, they may not have the best lineups, but the atmosphere definitely makes up for it
also if Elitch Gardens gets a new-age Vekoma, I'll be the happiest man in CO
Same
Yes
With the exception of Hersheypark which I think has one of the best lineups in the world. Why on earth they haven’t used some of that revenue to buy out other parks and expand into a chain is beyond me. They really could become the next Cedar Fair.
@@steveo7771286 beats me, I would love to see them expand west...Silverwood? Adventureland?
Mt Olympus does a really good job at Neck Snapping
Pegasnap
As much as I love Wildcat’s Revenge, I can only imagine what would happen if they RMCed Lightning Racer. But let’s get really crazy and assume they don’t make it duel like Twisted Colossus, but rather….. combine the tracks into one hyper hybrid like Iron Gwazi! 🤩 That would have been mesmerizing!
Could that even fit though....
The restrictions of the smaller parks with the u conventional lineups made this my favorite in the series. Keep up the awesome work!
Cyclone should not be rmc'd. And I'm not saying that because of the historical value, but because gci's been retracking it, and it has some good floater airtime and laterals, and an improved version of buzzbars that are padded, and the seat feels like a couch
Those couch seats come in handy if you’re sitting alone. Also-it May be better than the coach I own 😂
Calling all theme park owners Airtime Thrills is your new CEO
For Magic Springs a Mack Extreme Spinner would be perfect, it gives you Launch, spinning, and some airtime, plus it will have inversions as well
Wow, a video where chris doesn't trash talk skyrush, even mentioned the coaster and didn't trash it
Glad to see my home park (Adventureland) finally getting some love. Though not sure I'd have gone with the Accelerator since the under-construction Lost Island is speculated to be getting an Intamin launch coaster themselves. I'd love to see a Chance Hyper GTX at Adventureland myself.
Not gonna lie, its a great idea to think about Lost Island and what they will have in 2022 when thinking about adventure land. Great idea for my home park as well!
@@joanacornconic4903 Fingers crossed, these two competing might even get Cedar Fair to stop ignoring Worlds of Fun if they don't want to lose even more of their meager attendance.

Canobie Lake Park: AM I A JOKE TO YOU?
Ish
@@AirtimeThrills I was going to go with Conneaut Lake Park, but from the videos I've seen of it, the only correct answer for that park is a fire or tornado to clear the land and start over.
I actually really like Canobie. It's a bit more low key than something like Six Flags New England, but I like the vibe.
@@mdf3530 Conneaut Lake actually has a new owner this year, the park isn't going to be fully re-opened in 2021 but they are ripping down and rebuilding a lot of the buildings and re-paving most of the bad asphalt. Who knows... I'm at least hopeful it will improve some.
@@mdf3530 As someone who’s visited the park, I totally agree and it made me laugh.
I think that pretty soon, Kennywood and the other palace parks are gonna become S&S’ testing ground.
Well Kennywood always had good relationship with Arrow dynamics that eventually turned into S&S. So I guess in a way that is already true?!
Kennywood's been getting a bunch of test coasters for a while now, that's not that unexpected.
Finally yes I love the love for independent parks
Airtime thrills: Mt olympus has no launch, no multilooper, no spinner, nuttin under the track
But they do have a neck snapper
Great video. As someone who visited Adventureland in 2018, I think they could use something airtime focused. Outlaw was definitely a fun ride but I don’t remember it having all that much airtime. Monster was an outstanding stand out coaster though!
I'd love to see a Vekoma STC at Kennywood. A couple of inversions, but utilising the terrain would be great.
Thanks for adding Silverwood. So many forget about it. I think someday they'll take out Aftershock because its so temperamental.
Your plans for Kennywood and Hershey is great! Think I’ll find the important people when I’m at kennywood this summer and show them this video! Put that idea in their head!
Super happy you made this!!!! Been waiting for this for a month!

And mount Olympus has neck snapping on pegasus
Not sure about mountain coasters at US parks, but in Germany, there is Fort Fun which has one. ;-)
Even if you don't consider Sidewinder a coaster that qualifies for the launched category, Half Pipe is technically a launch coaster as well. A bermuda blitz is a great fit either way.
Glenwood Caverns is the only normal park I can think of that has a mountain coaster right now.
Technically lake coumpounce has Boulder dash, which is on the side of a mountain.
@charliegriswold1445 Not a mountain coaster though
This video is excellent. All of the small parks unknown to the GP showcased in one video? Hell yes.
I can't believe I'm saying this, as someone with Skyrush in their top 10, but I agree with you on EVERY suggestion you've made. Specifically, the Kennywood Axis, the Knoebels mountain coaster, and the Lagoon Hyper GT-X, which I yelled out loud before you declared it as your pick. Those are very fresh ideas!
Great video! I’ve been to Adventureland and Outlaw didn’t do much for me. It has buzz bars but very weak airtime. Same can be said for Tornado. I think a hyper gtx would be great for this park
I love this content. I totally agree with your picks, amazing video!
You are so right about Lagoon it has a great coaster lineup but no great airtime coaster. That hyper gtx would be awesome there!
“Introducing the brand new… Steel Iron Wicked Twisted Cyclone Vengeance… a 700 foot Space coaster with 21 inversions and a downhill boost that propells you to speeds of up to 9000 mph”
9:42…just appreciate how epic that beat drop is. Mmm it lines right up with what Chris is saying
Love the videos Chris! Would you ever consider doing time stamps for different parks/coasters on your lists?
Lagoon native here, A Chance Hyper GTX would actually be a pretty good fit here to fill our massive airtime gap. A B&M or RMC here will forever be a pipedream...
8:47 “Little Phantom” UH IT’S LIL PHANTOM GET IT RIGHT OR YOU’RE BANNED FROM OUR CULT
GOOD
Ok you’re expelled.
Would love to see you do a video about what the Disney and Universal parks need! It would be a fun challenge since they're both very picky about what they'll add and who they'll work with, plus you'd have to decide on theming! Universal has worked with B&M, Disney with Vekoma, and both have worked with Intamin to create some powerful and unique rides. Disney has even been more willing to branch out of their comfort zone into more intense projects as of late.
was anyone else depressed to not see canobie lake on the list?
I second that. It was my home park growing up and it’s always going to have a special place in my heart. They also have that extra parking lot space behind Tall Timber Splash that would be prime RMC Raptor territory (just sayin).
I like how he says he wants to keep in in the “ballpark of reality” for lagoon but gives silver wood a Mack multi launch and mount olympus a blitz coaster
Perhaps Mount Olympus could get one of those new Intamin launched single-rail coasters. If I remember correctly, those coasters can be built with either a drive tire or LSM launch and are cost-competitive with the RMC Raptor. That could make it a perfect fit.
Best video you've done. I loved it. Mtn coaster at Knobles is a great idea.
I take that back. Your April fools video 2021 was better, but this is a close second.
Amazing video been watching for a while and you only get beater Nice Job
😀😀😀
I’ll take anything for my home park Lagoon. I’m honestly really excited for whatever they’re building because it (supposedly) combines 2 things I love about theme parks, roller coasters and dark rides!
Axis at kennywood should absolutely be next. I can’t believe one of these companies haven’t tried to hire you by now. Especially a park like kennywood or knobels. As thought out as you are with mapping and needs. You could really take a place like that to the next level.
Cannibal cost 22 million dollars in 2015. Shambhala at portaventura cost 25 million euros in 2012. I think a b&m mini hyper like goliath at laronde or flight of the Himalayan eagle music roller coaster would cost around 20 million, so I could definitely see something like that going to lagoon
both of Lagoons recent additions were built in-house so it seems unlikely to me. You never know though.
Ahhhgg, Lagoon is my hometown park. As a coaster enthusiast, it so cool to hear about it!
A few weeks ago, I did a comparison for Lagoon since it's my home park, and also saw that it didn't have an airtime machine. I also thought that a Chance Hyper GTX could fill that gap(but also added an RMC Raptor as a second possibility).
Perfect video Chris!
the intamin accelerator is not still being made so unless it is re-located that can not happen.
It is always so great seeing videos talk about Silver Wood as a remote place, even though it is the park I have been to most. I wish Montana wasn't a coasterless state :(
I was really surprised when I learned there wasn't another major amusement park in the entire Northwest. I thought Washington or Oregon would have *something*...
Loved the video!! Hopefully once it’s safe to travel again and the border opens up, I can visit Silverwood since it’s one of the closest US parks to me. Could you do this video with some other independent parks around the world? I just really want to see what you think Playland should add since they removed their corkscrew a few years ago and are expanding and theming the park.
Bay beach has one coaster which is a woody that has a stupid amount of airtime so give them and rmc hybrid invert with a lauch that also spins :)
To round out each parks' lineups, Elitch Gardens should get a Sky Rocket II (possibly replacing Sidewinder) after getting a Vekoma Bermuda Blitz, Magic Springs should get a Mack spinning coaster and an Intamin Blitz (or just a Mack Xtreme Spinner) after getting an RMC Raptor, a launched invert by Intamin should be considered for Mt. Olympus instead of a sit-down launch coaster, which will help to check off the "not on track" side of things, and a Gerstlauer or Mack spinning coaster too to check off the "spinner" side of things, and another Intamin launched invert would do for Waldameer.
"RMC Cyclone [kicks Chris out the window]" that was great LUL
Honestly though, the ride looks older than dirt, I feel like they should at least have GCI come in and make it pretty again or something; leave the layout as it is of course, just make sure it runs well and lasts
I LOVE this video!!
I was watching the new WNY coasters video but I had to make the switch
Same!
Good list! I’m thinking Titan Track for Wildcat definitely! Indiana Beach the model you said or an Intamin hot racer. Holiday world definitely needs an in between kiddie coaster or family. Luna Park is interesting and I hope to get out there this year!
i really really wasnt expecting silverwood to be first but at the same time i completely did
and a mack multilaunch sounds good for it.
My dream coaster for Lake Compounce is a Vekoma Fying coaster that starts by going up the hill where the sky ride used to be, and then flies though the woods and out over the lake.
Indiana beach might end up getting the Schwarzkopf shuttle looper from Feria Chapultepec too at some point. it's train was spotted at Indiana beach, and the way the ride was taken down in mexico showed it wasn't being scrapped...
That moment when Luna park has all their boxes checked but cedar point doesn't
Stricker’s Grove should get a 10-inversion multi-launch single rail RMC 4D giga.
Oh man. I couldn't agree more for a Hyper GTX for Lagoon. I've been saying that for years!
Knoebels is where that old school viral video "This Drummer Is At The Wrong Gig" was filmed.
Ah! Wasn't it Sharp Dressed Man by ZZ Top?
@@627jace627 They come runnin' just as fast as they can......
Love this type of videos and the checkbox you use! Will you be doing them for some European parks?
For example, here in Italy we are missing airtime and woodies : (
Was waiting for my childhood home park, Clementon Park. Oh well. They opened a new coaster in 2019, but it's a family coaster and I'm finding conflicting info on whether their wooden coaster Hell Cat has reopened or not. They probably need like three more coasters (or a spinning 4D wooden RMC giga) if they want to be worth traveling for, and I don't even know if they have room.
I’m convinced you have an obsession with these new Vekomas 😂
My local park is Silverwood and I definitely feel that Aftershock maybe on borrowed time, simply due to so few built, and the fact that they seem to be maintenance hogs. However, I think one thing they could do is add a water coaster. The water park appears to be where they like to invest in and would be a great return on investment. With the water coaster you could get the powered launch. OR going with water the Mach power splash, this could really benefit both sides of the park.
With Stunt Pilot, I can see this park really blowing up
Yeah good luck when the nearest major park is at least an 8-10 hour drive or more
@@coasterhockygamingboy9549 yeah I live in Boise and I’d rather fly to California for magic mountain or drive to lagoon than drive up to silverwood, but I’ll probably end up going just to give it a shot
Silverwood is too far from anything, itll have to settle for that Cour d'lane population
@@AirtimeThrills you underestimate how far us PNW enthusiasts will go for a good ride 😂
@@finesse5820 That's true. My parents live in the Cd'A area, and we can do the drive from the Seattle area in about 5-6 hours so it's not too bad. That said, in that same time period we could also fly from here to SoCal and go to any of the parks down there pretty easily too, and the flights are usually inexpensive. It is for that reason that unofficially, Seattle's "home park" seems to be Disneyland.
We need two more of these, Disney parks and European parks.
The big issue with Kennywood and the reason its coasters tend to be wacky is that it's pushed up against the boundaries of what it can put coasters on and the zoning around that park are all kinds of nuts, it's why they had to toss out the Turnpike to fit the Sky Rocket in and the Log Jammer to fit in the Steel Curtain (and why the Steel Curtain is suspended way up in the air over a notable section of the park - literally couldn't fit it in normally anywhere).
So you have to be careful with designs you suggest because anything big is either going to delete even more attractions, something that's been drawing the ire of a lot of the people who live in the area (why, why, why did they remove the Kangaroo, it was the last ride of its type anywhere in the world left), or it's going to have to be extremely weird just to fit in the space allotted.
I think an intamin impulse would be great for Mt Olympus since it's inverted, launched, and also a shuttle coaster as another bonus
Intamin doesent make those anymore but yeah
@@MrGoldMan they still make em, one opened this year in china
CP: Here. Have Wicked Twister. Yeah I know not same company but... uh... Michigan's Adventure we'll get ya something... Uh... Maybe a new tree...
Kennywood is my home park. An Axis would be awesome. I could also see a Mack power splash.
Great video! The only changes I would make is replacing the launch coasters with Intamin Blitz coasters. I just like them more.
They’re more unreliable
Great Video!!!
Can you please do ranking all the stand coaster you have ridden.
I have a suggestion to include the Merlin entertainment company
Any chance you can do a similar video for Universal / IoA? Because it is so short, maybe include it in the Q&A? Curious what you think would fit there with all of their IP's.
Living within 4 hours of Holiday World, Indiana Beach, Mt Olympus and Adventureland is great as I also live by some chain parks so I have a lot of options.
After HersheyPark is getting that RMC, they only need a Mack Extreme Spinner, Intamin Blitz, or S&S 4D coaster to join Candymonium in Chocolatetown. After that they might have a top 3 lineup in the country.
Today stunt pilot just opened and I was integrated line
I gotta say that was epic
Next disney and universal
Fort Fun in germany has a mountain coaster in their line up without extra charges. While the ride is fun, the circumstances are pretty awful since every guest wants to ride it and many people realize mid ride that they rather break the whole time causing a cascade
Hi! I love your vids!
Holiday world is my current home park. I'd almost agree that they need a family coaster. But kids really dont like the dry park here. You might get them to ride the log flume. But it's off to splashing safari after that. I'd go with the chill vekoma. Kings island has an amazing suspended coaster called the bat. That model is long extinct but the vekoma would substitute nicely since the terrain is similar to k.i. if not that they really need a steel coaster with some length. Either a hyper or well designed mega.
What would you think would be “easier” to run? Solo parks or parks owned by people like six flags, cedar fair, seaworld, etc.
I love the clipboard graphic
How would you theme the Holliday World Gerstlauer? I would either call it Krampus [Christmas] or Decloration [4th of July]
Didn't see Wild Waves here (owned by the same company as Elitch Gardens,) even though there was a shot of it in the intro. Maybe I'll take a shot at it:
Boxes checked: Wood (Timberhawk, maybe also a standout by Pacific Northwest standards), Multilooper (Wild Thing), Family (Klondike Gold Rusher), launch (sort of, technically the Kiddie Coaster is launched), spinner (Disk'o, although it's a bit of a stretch to call it a coaster)
Missing: pretty much everything else
If not for the fact that Silverwood is getting one I'd say an RMC Raptor would be a good fit for them. That said, they have some rather hilly terrain, which might make for an interesting terrain coaster. It's going to take a lot more than one coaster to fill in the gaps here, but if I was adding something to the park I'd look at something like a GCI woody that uses the terrain.
It's so weird hearing you recommend Hershey Park getting an RMC and that's exactly what they do
What lagoon needs is a small ground up RMC hybrid. Something similar to Twisted Cyclone’s scale
Glenwood caverns has a mountain coaster that IS NOT an up charge! That’s honestly a great idea for Knoebels
Imagine an in-house airtime machine at Lagoon! Like somewhat similar to Cannibal, but focused on airtime. I think that'd be super cool and also not out of the question.
With Adventureland being one of my homeparks, it would be awesome to get an intamin accelerator. Iowa is getting an intamin at lost island once that opens. Kanonen from liseberg.
What would you do for canobie lake?
I‘d love to see this done for the european parks :3
Also, i didn’t expect Coney Island to check all the boxes xD
In my opinion I could get konobles a sns axis with a launch, spinning, and sumthin under the track
