The gt3 bumper really gives this car a great look. Silver really suits this car too. It’s incredible to think you’ve achieved this great individual look for so little outlay.
The subtle changes really do make a big difference. I've never been a fan of the old orange lights so I'm my opinion the clear lights look much better.

The original wheels I think are better. The rear lights clear yes those are better looking. The side vents agree on that. Looks good in black. The side lights...good. The new front bumper...I like the original one. The clear lights in front I prefer the originals. 50-50. haha! Good video..thanks for the tips.

On your recommendation I bought the icarsoft diagnostic tool which has already helped me with an airbag reset which I believe was due to low battery after the car stood for a while. PS. Personal preference I know but I prefer the original wheels on the 986, thumbs up to the rest of the mods though 👍
Nice vid, some more cheap mods I’ve done to mine: - Zunsport front grills - £15 LED black dynamic indicators - £100 fibreglass spoiler (kind with a gap underneath exposing the hydraulics, looks like a mini veyron spoiler) - carbon wrapped interior trim and console - £45 AliExpress CarPlay unit - debadged rear - BBS split rims - £100 997 shifter

I personally think that the Boxster, although a bit unloved by many Porsche aficionados, is one of the future great classics, and I’m wondering what body upgrades such as the GT3 kits or the clear lenses will mean in terms of the classic attractiveness in 20+ years time. A genuine question by the way, not a criticism of the upgrades you have done. Your 986 looks truly fab... I’d love to see it in my garage 😉. Keep up the good work 👍. I don’t visit RUclips very often, but every time I do, TPN is the first channel I check out 👏
Very tastefully done! Looking to get a GT2 style bumper for my Boxster with the shirts as well as having the “Boxster” lettering at the back swapped with spaced out Porsche lettering like the newer modes.

Uprate the roll bars on any 986. Killed the understeer on my 2000 S and made it so much more fun to drive. transformed the car, went with H&R.

I went back to full yellow indicators as I am the retro type, I wanted the car to stay in that era and in that moment.
The mods are great and certainly make the car look better than standard 986.
I must say, the whole of mods. GT3 bumper, side skirts and front lights look very nice compared to stock.
Cooper is the best! Will be a good buddy in the garage and on rides. Be careful though, mine tended to drool a lot after she drank. Nothing a towel by the bowl won’t fix. Enjoy!
