I drop off my heart monitor back to the cardiologist tomorrow after years of needing to get my heart palpitations getting checked out
I also have been shedding old versions of myself lately. And I’m kind of “wiping my slate clean.” I’m accepting that I’ve changed and that my life needs to change for me. Not make myself live in a life that doesn’t suit me anymore. Accepting that I’m capable has been hard and working on my ability to say “what if it’s the best thing that ever happened to me?” INSTEAD IF “what if it goes wrong?” Has also been hard but so so imperative to my growth.

This felt really personal… about the denial part, I’ve been denying that I could ever be in love, need love or find someone good enough for me. And well that’s an entirely different discussion, but I have also been denying my humaness, because of this want and need to be something bigger and greater and I have felt like love would be on the way in that. Like individual, romantical love, I do love collectively. And also ladybugs have just on their own become this sing of good fortune for me and I’ve happened to see them in the most uncommon places, so any time I’ve been asking for a confirmation for something I’ve been asking to see a ladybug. And yeah I habe felt pretty content about life otherwise lately and finally healing from a lot of trauma and bad habits, but I have still felt completely alone without true connections so it fits… Also I have seen this person on my way to school whom I’ve never talked to, but he has just always been staring at me for a long time in a bus and trying to take a place close to me, but not too close and it’s him who has again made this thoughts come up to my mind, but I don’t know, I’m still partly in denial and scared.
