Actually, the band is from Vienna, singer Agata Jarosz is from Poland and their label (Napalm Records) is from Styria and normally specializes in Death Metal. So it would be fitting to just call them "typically Austrian". :-)

(BTW: there are a number of local Tyrolean hardcore/punk(-rock)/metal bands - some of them even being around since the early 80s - like e.g. T.B.C. WHAT?, I.Q.69. or Darkwell.
And yes, they all don't really sound "traditional Tyrolean" either - but apart from that, most of the local talents are actually quite good. 🙂)

I am a tad musically jaded. I accidentally stumbled across this band very recently. They got my full attention. I don't know hardly anything about them so I listened to several of their other songs too. After my expert analysis it's obvious that their music is a collaboration of several genres. There is a common theme in this supposedly death metal
u-metal bands arrangements. It's the catchy pop hooks. Very infectious. I discovered one in every one of their songs I listened to. Someone is\was sitting on a musical gold mine and apparently was\is unaware. I'd love to collaborate with the band member(s?) who is responsible for the 'pop'-hook contributions = mega-stardom. It drives me crazy KNOWING that there are multiple commercially successful 'pop' songs I can\could squeeze out of their music. I like these cats alot. Hilarious video.
