almost a year after starting intermittent fasting I had fantastic results in terms of weight, fat, sugar..... but with potassium exceeding the values considered normal and consequently affecting the heart. Pay attention to the advice given here!
I did much fasting in 2000 and it was an amazing experience for me personally. My frustration was, I had no one to share with because most people think if they miss food for a couple hours they will shrivel up and die!!! It is actually just the opposite as these people share!!! Fasting is an AMAZING experience and I am so grateful to learn these confirmations about improved physical and mental health. In my experience, my face never cleared up of all of the “junk” in my body, until day 14. People around me did not believe what I was communicating with them. It’s so refreshing to listen to this and the stories of healing and health!!!!!

I think there needs to be more research on the impact of fasting on addiction. As a recovering addict fasting has helped me with my mental state and I am living a better life

How long are participants fasting for on average?
They allow their patients to fast for 5, 7, 10, 15 or 21 days.
I do a Week every six months but always dry fast the first three days of the 7 day fast

Their clinic does longer then 20 day fasts.
I fast for autophagy keeps my mind sharp and reduces inflammation.
