    Hello people!
I would like to mention here is that learning Animation is not something like learning a course or work. It's an Art and Imagination Skill that lives with you till you live. Don't learn for someone or for something, learn for one's own-sake. Enjoy it if you love Animation. Feel it from heart and create it from your mind all for oneself.
I have to say that, if you really want to learn the Animation Skill -
    1. Learn the ideas, techniques, foremost basic things needed to bring a still object to life.
(Animation put in simple words is nothing but Giving life(movements involved motion) to still figures and objects).
One can get those basics from many books that are written by experienced authors and animators and others from different online resources.
    2. Implement what you have learnt, imagined, creative and other stuffs using simple animation softwares that are free to use (afford if you can) in the beginning. And those who got no device except phone or camera, take bundle of paper sheets, trace your imaginations in sequences on paper sheets (seems very tough in beginning for few), capture those tracings and make a animation thing from arranging them in order (which is a traditional animation technique) and it is a Animation.
Practice to improve from those basics and you will find your own style of creativity in animation which is a very special skill that is unique for everyone.
    3. Taking that special skill gained by oneself to a step forward to create and share the most advanced topics to the world which consists of a lot of viewers, imaginators, and enjoyers.
    4. Fetching a good passionate job from your special animation skill and your creativity stuffs if you like or be a good passionate job worker for oneself.
Or keep on creating your imaginations in animation till you enjoy doing it and share your experiences and skills to those who seek to learn Animation.
Everything works ! Be it a pro or a beginner...
All that matters is whether Doing Animation matters to you or not!
Please keep on doing it till you feel that you really like Animation else you can discontinue if you feel sick or tired or bored of doing animation in any of the above ways.
Catch a University or school if you really want and affordable, else its not really necessary for you to create Animation workflow from your own style and imagination!
    Thank you!

Suggest some free websites to learn 2d vector animation.
I have been trying from the past few weeks but couldn't find one. I was thinking that I should learn 2d first then should go to 3d . Is it a good idea....
      😵‍💫

I am not well known about free websites for 2d vector animation, but if you are keen to learn 2d vector, I would like to suggest you the software Synfig studio(free and open-source) good for vector based animation, worth learning which also include lot of tutorials on their community.
It is good to begin with 2d before 3d to get the necessary fundamentals of animation and touch, also as you gain some feel of 2d, fire up 3d animation practice parallelly both.
Feel free to hone the skills required for other animations too apart from vector.
It helps in many way !

The animation tutorials in Pluralsight (Adobe Animate) are 5 to 6 years old and don't reflect the current version of the software.
