Their movements are so clean and elegant, the choreography itself is a masterpiece and one of their best choreographies in my opinion. It's a new style that I loved to see, TXT are great dancers
Yeah this is my favorite too. Followed by Frost. But I don't know if you noticed. Some of the moves in the choreography are moves from BTS and Enhypen past Choreography. For instance 0:29 the beginning of Fever from Enhypen. 0:32 Boy meets evil from J Hope. 0:41 Fever chorus from Enhypen. 0:50 Black Swan from BTS. 1:08 Blood Sweat and Tears from BTS. And there's probably more that I missed. I'm not saying that they are copying each other at all. But this might be an Easter egg that all of their universes are connected. Or simply the person who made this choreography also made choreography for the other groups.

Beomgyu is truly an incredible performer. He grasps the overall concept of a song so well and always expresses it so beautifully through his facial expressions and dance. He's very detail-oriented but he allows himself to be carried by the feeling of the music and that's exactly why he's so beautiful to watch. He's so graceful and light on his feet. His gentle expressions of pain is something that moves me everytime I see him perform this song. He's very captivating. And he came SO far. I'm very proud of him.

1:19 probably my favorite part of Opening Seqience's choreo. one of my favorite things about Yeonjun's dancing is how beautiful and extended his body lines are and how he translates the music into movement. he can be fluid and graceful as heck and still hit the beats with the perfect amount of power and subtlety. plus, he never looks messy, random, or unnecessary while dancing. you watch him perform and his moves are so legible, cohesive, and fitting for the mood of the song that you feel like you have a deeper understanding and appreciation for the music he danced to afterwards. he's incredible.
i'm not moa but i always follow txt's performances and comebakcs and i noticed that beomgyu doesn't have much center time nor even many lines, this is so sad because his voice is so beautiful and his dancing and movements impeccable. Beomgyu is known for his strong and powerful movements when dancing. He really suits choreographies that have a strong or hiphop vibe (like gbgb) that's why I was pleasantly surprised when I saw how he was able to smoothly and gracefully executed opening sequence. Even though the dance is indeed powerful which is his forte, it also required flowy, refined and sophisticated movements which Beomgyu was able to deliver so perfectly. His amazing attention to details (like placements of hands up to his fingertips or how big or small certain moves should be) created a beautiful silhouette/dance line that was only unique to him. Added to the fact that he was able to connect with the song and expressed those feelings soulfully with his expressions, he fully embodied the choreography. His technique in dancing has also improved so much. I'm so proud of him and he deserves all the praises he has gotten.
I agree especially on the attention to details part. His facial expressions are already a given at this point but for this choreo he really paid attention to even the tiniest details and it shows. One particular part that I've been obsessing over is that move on 2:47. The drop and how it flowed down to his fingertips is so satisfying to me for some reason.
Huening Kai has a very strong and flexible body so he always steals attention while practicing dancing The dance of this song looks very beautiful and kinda difficult but when I see Kai dancing it makes me think it's easy and smooth I will be adding this song 'Opening Sequence' to 'We Lost the Summer' in my list of best txt dances which seems to have been specially designed for Huening Kai.

I just noticed this somehow, but with this dance practice (or any other performance of this song, really), i noticed that beomgyu is such a graceful dancer. He's so fricking underrated it actually hurts, his facial expressions are usually playful and fun but when he performs they turn so serious and elegant. I'm seriously mad at myself for not looking at this sooner

0:38 this choreo in the beginning of the chorus honestly looks so beautiful when Beomgyu does it, it looks so satisfying everytime he do this choreo... honestly find myself focusing more on the way Gyu danced here, its really flowing with him. I liked how the others portrayed in their dance too but personally, I like how Gyu did it more. I'm saying this cause Beomgyu's dancing this comeback feels so different (it needs to be acknowledged!) even with GBGB and I tend to mostly focus on my bias (Yeonjun btw) whilst keeping attention with the others at the same time and I just noticed how I prefer Beomgyu's execution on the dance better in Opening Sequence.

I agree especially on the attention to details part. His facial expressions are already a given at this point but for this choreo he really paid attention to even the tiniest details and it shows. One particular part that I've been obsessing over is that move on 2:47. The drop and how it flowed down to his fingertips is so satisfying to me for some reason.

I just noticed this somehow, but with this dance practice (or any other performance of this song, really), i noticed that beomgyu is such a graceful dancer. He's so fricking underrated it actually hurts, his facial expressions are usually playful and fun but when he performs they turn so serious and elegant. I'm seriously mad at myself for not looking at this sooner

0:38 this choreo in the beginning of the chorus honestly looks so beautiful when Beomgyu does it, it looks so satisfying everytime he do this choreo... honestly find myself focusing more on the way Gyu danced here, its really flowing with him. I liked how the others portrayed in their dance too but personally, I like how Gyu did it more.
I'm saying this cause Beomgyu's dancing this comeback feels so different (it needs to be acknowledged!) even with GBGB and I tend to mostly focus on my bias (Yeonjun btw) whilst keeping attention with the others at the same time and I just noticed how I prefer Beomgyu's execution on the dance better in Opening Sequence.
