My questions is what happence on the day of arrival, should I be waiting for my customers arrive In order
to open for them how does it work like how do u do it?
How I would do it is 1. Make sure I look for properties that have good reviews so that I know the customers are in good hands. So your job is look for this places and advertise them for your commission. Take your commission then book the pace for them then when it comes to service they are dealing with the host of the property. You will tell them that from here please contact this person for any of your needs because you are not a host. But if you would be able to and want to you can also cater for their needs. So they can tell you then you call the host and communicate with the host on their behalf OR you can give them the hosts number then they deal with the host directly. It will depend with you.

Hi tshepiso i think most airbnbs have an automated check in and check out process. For instance some hosts put the keys in a lockbox that has a code etc etc so when guests check i n they get it there and when they check out they put it there. i hope this helps a bit
If you don't rent or own a property and you use social media for advertising other people's businesses , the owners won't sue you for that? I mean is it legal?
Basically you are affiliate marketing. So no. Unless you scam people using their property then they have every right to sue you. Let’s make another example, I make a course to sell and I charge it R2000. Then you take my course and add R500 and you are selling for R2500 you keep your R500 commission when people buy from you then you come buy the course with R2000( complete amount) and give it to the person who bought from you. That is what is called Affiliate marketing.

Which areas must the property be
Preferably Town. Or hot vacation spots. Around Durban if you are around Durban. Knysna. Sandton. Close to the airport. Such places. But also not so popular places might work for you. It depends on your business strategy
