That intense tail wagging on my dog did occasionally cause injuries (cuts to the tail) to the dog, when the tail would hit hard objects with sharp edges - like door frames. One would only notice later when one saw blood drops near the "greeting point". 🙂
I had open heart surgery so I was gone for two weeks. When I came home my cat met me at the door and then went crazy. Sure was nice to feel her love again.

I was in hospital for 10 days and when I opened the door my kitty literally screamed with joy. It has strengthened our bond even more.

I told my hubby, if I’m ever in a coma, bring my kitty to me, and if he cant wake me up, it’s safe to say I’m gone, and he can turn the machines off😂

I honestly think I couldn't survive (live) without an abundance of animals to love and be loved by...Every single day...Even just watching videos about animals of any kind, fills my heart with such love and tenderness...

I stayed with friends and their dog for 2 weeks once. She was a really wonderful dog. However, I had to go home and could not see her again for 2 years. She was out with the boy of the family and I saw her in the distance. She looked towards me and then started running. She recognised me after 2 whole years. Dogs can have marvellous memories.
These sincere feelings and full of unconditional love, of these brothers who do not speak, but who manifest themselves full of tenderness, impress you a lot, and you realize that in many ways we have something to learn from the purity and sincerity of their souls.💕
The world needs more of this . All you need is love

People don’t realize it, but, geese can be VERY affectionate…I raised a Canadian Goose in my home(he was abandoned when jet skiers separated him from the flock-at full growth, I reintroduced him and he and his mate became the dominant couple of the flock)…he used to wrap his long neck around my neck and literally purr and preen my hair…very loving and loyal birds even after they are reintroduced back into the wild, once they imprint on you, they never forget you❤️❤️❤️

This is nice to watch but it also hurts a little, because I once had a dog that I was close too and we bonded like the people and pets on this video. Well, he passed away a few years back and it still hurts today! I've never had such a strong bond with anyone or anything, like that before!

Just an FYI. The bird at roughly 4:40 was a cockatoo. They are incredibly smart and empathetic birds (we had two sulphur-crest cockatoos growing up).
i found it disturbing how many of these dogs had been mutilated by having their tails sliced off to satisfy owner demands.

Jim has been working with bears for about 40 years. Hell he has even gotten kisses from Jimbo his big Kodiak bear. For whatever reason he has a bond with them.

The reunion with a human being is nothing compared to the reunion with an animal.
Mainly in the sense that I value a Reunion with an animal much more.

I do want to go on holiday to my mother who lives abroad and because of the different environment.
But I hate having to leave my pet cockatiels behind.
It goes without saying that I will not go on vacation until I have found a reliable Assylum for them.
