Your current best option imo is Hanya. Bronya is also still a popular choice. Or get Sparkle in the future, who's probably better for Ruan Mei for him. Jing Yuan's kit is very versatile, he scales very good with all supports as long as they give any of the 3 stats he wants (CritDMG, Damage%, ATK%). (As an example, DHIL prefers ATK% buffer as his kit is full of CritDMG% and DMG%. JY doesn't have this "problem".). So the chance is high that any future support will always be very good for him, so losing RM shouldn't affect you a lot.
This is such a broad question. What does the other character lose? Do you still need to pull the characters? Can also always adjust depending on Imaginary/Lightning content? Else both sounds very viable, just go whoever you like more. I personally have no experience with ER% rope, but without Aeon you usually want more ATK% (3k+). Though 2900 with only one ATK% mainstat is very impressive.

I just wanna know who's actually worth investing in for a more comfortable carry since I'll be getting Sparkle too. I also got E6 Tingyun and E0 Ruan Mei for good synergies. His LC helps with the comfy critratio + Energy, but Aeon is a very good weapon on him already. DHIL with Sparkle and RM/Tingyun should be a more very comfy investment. Though in the end, the ability to cover all elements should be still more helpful than going for DHIL LC, so maybe a new character then? If it has to be between JY and DHIL, I would go DHIL, the 20% CDMG doesn't matter that much, he gets like million cdmg by fighting against Imaginary enemy + his EBA3 stacks.
@@straypeanut But let’s not downplay that That’s with only 1 FUA debuff meaning +20% dmg for FUA only, aurumaton has his weakness closed and svarog’s toughness bar was also broken in advance, had you let jy break his toughness bar he would have more screenshot damage because of ruanmei So that’s super impressive still
@@ukuser7382 Huohuo's 60k was also funny to see though. Does it lead to more damage total if I let LL break it in the future (if needed)? (Not talking about screenshot dmg). My brain went Broken = More Damage, but maybe it's Breaking + Multihits after = More Damage?

If you like him and want him, as you can see, he can still clear everything and you can bruteforce all content with him with zero problems. Most of my MoC runs are done in first tries even if he's not favored at all. He is also easy to play. He's pretty good in Pure Fiction too (40k points with 3 supports and literally no need to strategize on who to hit etc.) And with future supports he will age like fine wine. I still have a lot of ways to reach higher ceiling if I have a 4pc set effect or E6 on a 4* support. (I hate to do comparisons, but I've seen my friends struggle more in MoC/PF with their DPS choices than me despite being better geared/BiS 5* supports). Be ready to have an itch to pull for every support tho as somehow everyone fits him lmao. However if you need to ask yourself "Do I even want him?" "I just want a DPS, any will work." then imo might as well pull any new DPS characters instead / your favorite character. There's no need to force yourself a character you don't like. :)

Yup! I tried this on his first run and failed hard. So, naturally my goal is to fix this in his rerun, but I currently don't have enough for him AND Sparkle. I will try for Sparkle first, then DHIL will be 2nd priority. 🫡 Lost my last two 50/50, surely I will win to get both, right? Right...?

4pc follow is best in slot but lightning set is not too far below in terms of dmg just take what piece u have with good ratio and it will work fine
