Great episode. Johnny so limber and lightly jumping the fence. What great shape he was in !! But I wouldn't have left Donna Mills for the sheep herder!!
I went to a girl's prep school with Donna Mills. She was dating Peter Fonda and we used to hang out the windows to watch them drive away, all feeling very envious. But little did I know I would feel much more envious because she got to kiss Andy Prine in an episode of Lancer! LOL
The poor sheep ate the cattles grazing land roots and all...Johnny was brave for taking up for sheep herder. Not smart for leaving Donna Mills !! She was so pretty & still is !!!
It wasn't for the looks, and not the money, so it must have been the shoe size. Typical two-bit tramp, always looking for someone better. I know it's just a movie, but it happens every day. And I'm not bitter.
He musta been able to run like the wind, that shepherd, working all those sheep on the open range without a dog ... Honestly the production values on this series were absolute rubbish. I guess we were all too busy ogling Scott and Johnny to notice!
Apparently, there was going to be criminal actions towards the cattleman owner that got the men to cause the attack because Johnny tells the barkeep to take him to the sheriff.
Ya I loved Lancer when I was a kid, Johnny Lancer is absolutely beautiful wish he was still with us.
my favorite tv series from my childhood
Johnny really had a great speech and beat the guy up with his hat in the saloon
wonderfully written show. Wow!
Love it to the show to this day !! Loved James Stacy!!!
Wait...that's Wilfred (Wilf) from the Pony Alice episode in the first season! He's even wearing the same fur thing!
It's about time you can see full episodes

Had a Halloween episode and now a Christmas episode, very cool 👍❤️
The man wields a deadly hat.
Felt so bad for Johnny....if Lucy really loved him like she said she did she wouldn't have started something with Gabe....
So true Johnny just didn't love her the way he loved Mattie. No body could replace Mattie for Johnny !!

@@debrarick9617 I wanted Mattie to come back; that was the romantic episode of all
@@ClassicLady68 It is honestly the best episode of the season. Blind man's bluff

She couldn't have loved JOHNNY too kuch if she fell so fast and easy for Gabe.
she certainly couldn't have been too fussy about the smell!
James and Andrew were friends of screen
Andrew and James played off each other really well. Loved them together in "Pony Alice".

What was she thinking going for a shepherd over the delectable Johnny Lancer

Oh but he was something special - Ain't many men can herd a hundred sheep by themselves without a dog ...
Will i think is a love matter, as they said love is blind 😢
Did he stay or go?? Didn't end right.
That nasty cheatin woman got neither man. . . .it ended right.

Why no murder charges?
