i'm sorry but I HAD TO HAVE A VENT pls follow my social medias in the description xoxo ps- i've had a crazy big week and I just want to say I really really appreciate you for enjoying my channel as much as you do ♥
Just to make SURE you get the message, there are actually 4 Scooby-Doo movies in the live-action series. Scooby-Doo, then Monsters Unleashed, next is the The Mystery Begins, which is based mainly on A Pup Named Scooby-Doo but still set in this universe, and its sequel, Curse of The Lake Monster, which is the last movie. That's the release order. Chronoligically, it's Mystery Begins, Lake Monster, Scooby-Doo then Monsters Unleashed.
You should watch Supernatural, they have an episode with Scooby-Doo, they even had to reanimate the episode. You and Dean would be on the same page for Daphne 😂
The fact that Matthew Lillard was so good at the Norville "Shaggy" Rogers voice that Casey Kasem (the original voice actor from the 1960s) chose him as his permanent replacement in the cartoons when he retired in 2008 after being diagnosed with cancer, just shows how talented Lillard is as an actor
At 30:25 that guy Matthew Lillard is knocking out is Andrew Bryniarski. He was Leatherface in the 2003 Remake, and the the 2006 prequel. The closest thing we'll get to seeing Ghostface take on Leatherface.😂
I watched this movie constantly as a kid, but all the adult jokes that were thrown in went completely over my head. Watching it now, it’s even more hilarious. It was apparently supposed to be a bit more mature, but was cut down due to the studio wanting to have a PG rating. I know a lot of people, especially fans of scooby doo don’t look at this movie very highly, but sometimes you just gotta not take movies so seriously and have fun. This movie knows it’s ridiculous and over the top and embraces it.
I loved both these movies as a kid. Mystery Inc was perfectly cast. Matthew Lillard as Shaggy, Sarah Michelle Gellar as Daphne, Linda Cardellini as Velma and Freddy Prinze Jr. as Fred were AMAZING. And it's hilarious how Scooby's nephew was the villain of the movie. lol
What makes the intro scene even more hilarious is if you listen to the actor commentary. For the entire scene, Sarah Michelle Geller is pointing out as to whether that is *actually* her arse on screen at that moment or if it’s a stunt double’s arse on screen.
I love Scooby Doo (2002). It was something new, fresh, unique, inventive, stylish, cool, edgy, hip, and updated such as the concept and themes due to it's witty and clever dialogue and humor, comedic moments, emotional resonance, and performance's by the cast. It was decent. To this day I still watch it and I consider it a classic. It never gets old.😍👍💯😎
FUN FACT: The guy sacrificing a raw chicken is actually considered a horror legend. In 1985 he starred as one of the leads of one of the greatest zombie movies ever made, The Return of The Living Dead. It's a comedy, and you should watch it. It deserves to start getting attention again. EDIT: I forgot to mention his name is Miguel Nunez, Jr.
Such a classic! Ironically James Gunn intentionally wanted Scooby Doo to be rated R. (Along with Daphne and Velma action 😉😂) I'd die to see that script lmao.
The line I remember the most was “Puppy Power I outsmarted you” gets electrocuted💀 like the fact they acknowledge scrappy doo was annoying asf💀 love this film. Did anyone here watch those Cartoon Network scooby do movies lord the casting💀
I remember seeing this movie at the theatre when I was a kid haha. I was so excited to see it and loved it! I saw both of them in the theatre. Movies were entertaining in the earlier 2000’s haha
This is one of those movies that, like, I loved it a lot as a pre-teen, as a late teen I don't think I would have bothered with it all that much, but more recently, although not as much as when I was a pre-teen, find myself enjoying again.
The second movie is also my favourite movie of all time! But the first one still holds a special place in my heart! The reaction was amazing and your call out to Sarah being in scream 2 made my blood boil because she’s Buffy!!!
Puggapillar, you need to watch “Freaky Friday” by Disney with Lindsey Lohan and Jamie lee Curtis and also can you react to 28 days later and will you watch scary movie 2? Yo need to watch all of this, different genres but it would be fun to watch you😂
So around 25:21 the guy with the frosted tips is the singer from Sugar Ray and I'm pretty sure he still does have them. I know the eye shadow thing he still does do. He's the bad guy in Joe dirt 2. Also at 25:21 are we not gonna like talk about how Fred said Be-yotch in a PG movie lmao this and Shrek was wildin
I'm not proud to admit this. Used to skip the openings and get straight to the reactions. But lately from December 2021 to now, I've been watching from beginning to end as I have come to love your openings and just hearing your opening statements before and after the movie. And yeah, if only animals could talk so that way my sister's dog could not crap everywhere. And a Scooby-Doo word, if you mean when Scoob talks, I like how he says Shaggy "Rhaggy". Or if you mean a word commonly associated with the series. In which case ZOINKS Edit: Velma was always hinted to be a lesbian. That or Bi.
You may not see this but I honestly fucking love your videos, I first watched your Halloween Kills reaction! I had a rough few months recently but you've made me laugh no matter what.
Again, I hope you're still looking, because I'm here to tell you there's two final movies after Scooby-Doo 2. They're still live-action, and I think they even use the same style for Scooby to keep in continuity, but the last 2 are Scooby-Doo: The Mystery Begins and Scooby-Doo: Curse of The Lake Monster. So yeah, in total, there are 4 films in this series before that animated reboot "Scoob" came out.
There is also a live action prequel called Daphne and Velma (2018) that went direct to DVD. It's the story of how the two girls met prior to Fred, Shaggy, and Scooby-Doo. It's actually pretty good.
They actually made FOUR of these movies, but two of them are more based on A Pup Named Scooby-Doo and they went straight to Cartoon Network. I remember seeing them come out, but I never got to see the last two in that series so I can't say that they're good or bad, just that there are a total of four live-action Scooby-Doo movies in the same continuity and two of them are prequels about them as kids with a crime-solving puppy.
Fun fact: Scooby-Doo has the most amount of farts in a single PG-rated film. Also, Freddie Prinze Jr. began dating onscreen co-star Sarah Michelle Gellar during production and instantly fell in love. Shortly after production wrapped, they got married and remain together and very much in love to this day.
This is because of the centipede, isn't it? Because I TOLD you that what you needed was Texas Chainsaw 2. It's a comedy that looks like a comic book. It was right up your alley. And then you picked the centipede movie and felt something ELSE going up your alley.

I always thought the same thing!! He sounds just like the 60s cartoons.
I heard that Matthew Lillard is the nicest guy in real life even when he acts like Shaggy. He's super sweet with his fans. 😊
@@jamesplunkett8912Matthew Lillard is just a nice guy in real life!!

Shaggy knocked Leatherface on his ass.
Bryniarski also played Zangief in that God awful Street Fighter movie.
@@Scorpion-Gamer82Quick! CHANGE THE CHANNEL!
It’s worth watching this guy just for his openings 🤣😂
god i hope so 😂
He rocks!!! You just want to hug 'em!!

The actress who plays Mary Jane (Lady who is allergic to dogs) is played by Isla Fisher

Tragic how so many non-Aussies will never experience the greatest Scooby Doo ride to ever exist
Agreed omg
"I think Velma has a secret crush on Fred" fun fact, if they had kept the original script and R rating she would have had a crush on Daphne lol
He is the best actor for playing Shaggy. It was spot on. I really liked his acting.
I love Scooby Doo (2002). Alex brought the "When DOOM music kicks in" to the whole new level
power level is easily over 9
Can't believe you said Daphne was having her Black Widow moment when she's literally played by SMG, she was clearly having her Buffy moment
I love scooby doo. He’s such a good dog. Not the brightest, but definitely the sweetest

Closest we gonna get is scooby doo apocalypse where shaggy and velma got together and had a kid. R rated with gore and violence
This movie has been my favorite since I was around 6 or 7. I'm 24 and I still watch it all the time.
I love how they left on an airplane but arrived via boat
How did I not pick up on that
@@Puggapillar you were too focused on Jessica Simpson 😂
Plus my most fav part of the movie is scrappys transformation and him stomping around and just being amazing
Scooby Doo and the zombie island movie terrified me as a child and I loved it and still love it dearly.
The protoplasm head Velma looks like a 14 year old Korean girl while the Fred one looks like a Sims character
The line I remember the most was “Puppy Power I outsmarted you” gets electrocuted💀 like the fact they acknowledge scrappy doo was annoying asf💀 love this film. Did anyone here watch those Cartoon Network scooby do movies lord the casting💀

22:55 i love the fact you asked that question then showed a clip that didn't even answer your question at all, lmao. It was just there lol
The movie was rated G and there were so many adult jokes here 🤣
childhood movie always makes me laugh timeless classic lol and so happy u kept the burp and fart jokes in lmao
Your reactions always put me in a better mood, thank you 😂
That blonde girl wasn't Jessica Simpson. Her name is Isla fisher

20:59 Ha! Busted 😂
I feel like Multiverses having two Scooby doo characters, being Shaggy and Velma, says a lot about the fanbase. And I like it
Fun fact Mathew lillard also voices shaggy in a lot of animated movies
Scooby Doo on zombie island was to scary for me when I was like 6. It was legit scary haha.
Not Jessica Simpson Isla Fisher and she is a fellow Australian, lol. With Red hair too!
13:02 does that announcer remind anyone else of the dude from temple of doom that rips hearts out? Even got a flaming heart tattoo
That's the direction they wre going for, or the gemeral sacrifice motif.
These movies are classics !!
I didn’t get the Mary Jane joke the first time I watched this movie. I just went with it thinking he liked that name just for the name.
as a swede, i really appreciate the greta thunberg meme considering we constantly joke about her
We must've damaged you something GOOD with that centipede movie for you to need to flush the bug back out with a children's film 🤣
Let there just be an uncensored version of scrappy finishing the sentence
This Scooby' Doo Movie
Is Not 1 Movie Now
This Is Scooby' Doo 3 Movie 2002
This movie was so much fun and a good adaptation of the cartoon. Very well cast.

Pugs being meta about not recognizing Buffy 🤣😭
you mean the girl from scream 2 yea? 😏

I love the Scooby Doo ride at MovieWorld I had my photo taken with the characters too outside the spooky castle. Ah memories ♥️
This whole movie is a time capsule
Fun fact in case you didn’t know, Sarah Michelle Gellar has a black belt in Taekwondo in real life!
