- We have been waiting a LOOONG time to finally bring this project to you and are very exited, that it finally airs now! We invited 12 pro players of very high caliber to compete in an amazing 3-person Archon Tournamen and give us direct insights in their communication! Some are very strategic and focussed, others are beatiful banter. So if you enjoy definitely smash that like button and let us know in the comments!
We apologize for the long wait as we announced this project to initially air in early March, but our sponsor pulled out pretty weirdly last second, leaving us in the uncertain. love the fact that lambo was commited to saying "EZ" after every win before the opponents left the game. Truly a perfect use of the archon mode.
Actually Lambo wrote "EZ" only once when The Old Timers won their second map in the first map they won it was Kelazhur who wrote "ez" and in the last game Lambo wrote "?".

this concept is so incredibly cool, my god, I wish there were more tournaments like this and race wars style such as a ZZZ team with 1v1s and a an archon game. Great stuff
That hold against Small Brain's Zerg was so insane. And I cannot believe those disruptor hits, even if this was Reynor alone he would have split better. How did no one see those?
I absolutely love the new "trade info" popup with the little trophy showing who won and by how much. thats such a good idea and much easier to quickly parse than the big popups were used to

This is such an amazing tournament. Love all the production, including insights into the players' mindsets. We never get to hear what players are thinking during a usual 1v1 game. Maybe it would be very interesting to allow casters to access the voice channels during 2v2 tournaments as well.

The tournament itself is a great idea, the knockout system for races you lose with, the tuning in on the banter of the teams
Great experience, will watch every piece of it
I really enjoyed hearing the difference in the way the young and old teams communicated with each other

Great idea for a tournament. I love the different thought processes as players have to figure out how to split tasks, and having to play all races

That they were talking about queenwalks, double stargate voidray opener and that there is in fact a queenwalk should give it away.
Yes it was. We recorded the tournament, got screwed over and a few days later the patch came. Was very unlucky timing...
I was confused how queens were transfusing off creep then realized it must have been pre patch
I played Reynor like 6 years ago when he was 13 and I was mid masters, back then you always played phenix vs zerg, I have never done so little damage with my harass. So its crazy to hear harstem saying that he is the best queen defender rn.

God, I hope this becomes a very common thing for tournaments. I would love to see absolutely top tier strategies based on maximizing the micro abilities of multiple people. Right now, people are just implementing traditional strategies and builds.
When I wake up, I'm not really awake until I get my Bane Boost.

Kevin, you need a MOD where all 3 races can be build in Archon, so "new" unit compositions can be made.
So where they start with 4 SCV, 4 Probe, 4 Drones. Rest is up to them....
