Hello. I paid the initial fee. But then I have to pay another fee? I already took and passed the prometric exam in Philippines in 2018 classified as a Nsg Technician. I finished my dataflow also. But the SCFHS send me an email that I have to pay again for the classification fee and it is specialist. I wonder how could that happen coz I already took and passed the prometric exam. I have the same problem , I have applied for new qualification 3 months back and mo reply. I called them once and they said it may take upto 8 months. That's injustice. Plus if you once go for new qualification study, you cant proceed in professional classification.

Hi, if your qualification is not on the list of Mumaris Plus, you will be directed by the system to do a "New Qualification Study" and will need to pay SAR 300 for that service.

Hi, the quickest way to do it is by simply calling the hotline of Saudi Council 0920019393, press options 2,5,0 to reach customer service and ask them to cancel the wrong application you made. After the call, you should be able to make the correct application . Thanks!

You're implementing rules that are too difficult to understand without further explanation if what we are doing and what to do next. Please have some mercy. Hi mam, I applied for saudi council professional classification while applying it showed dat my eligibility no. Is invalid so as per ur guidance I entered the prometric xam result and eligibility no. In educational details as others. But after the payment my application got rejected and showed reason as to enter the prometric xam and eligibility no. What should I do now..??? How I could proceed the application and what about the fee 200 sar... Is dat refundable or not.... Plz help me out frm this problem...????

Hi, if your qualification is not on the list of Mumaris Plus, you will be directed by the system to do a "New Qualification Study" and will need to pay SAR 300 for that service.
Maam 2months na po aq ng.aayos ng reclassification ko po due to missing documents all the time, pumunta na aq sa saudi council dito sa hail sabi system error magmessage sa tawasul ginawa ko naman ang sinabi e.edit sa mumaris di nga po ma.attach papers ko kahit e.attach ko old files pa rin nlalagay pati ‘Missing documents’ pa rin kya di pa rin maclick ung NEXT step, ano po ba gagawin ko? pwede ba ulitin nalang sa Classification po?

Hi, the quickest way to do it is by simply calling the hotline of Saudi Council 0920019393, press options 2,5,0 to reach customer service and ask them to cancel the wrong application you made. After the call, you should be able to make the correct application . Thanks!

Company Nurse kami dito sa Saudi, ako nag process sa mga kasama ko 4 kami. 1 may PRC license na sya tapos na Data Flow na, I tried to have his credentials classified in Mumaris Plus the problem yung school nya na San Lorenzo Ruiz College walang degree na Nursing nka lagay kundi medtech and midwifery lang, kaya pina NEW CLASSIFICATIONS ko sya. After ma classify yun that way after paying 300sr. If magiging ok may ELIGIBILITY NUMBER na po ba sya nun?

hi Dian, Mumaris Plus allows you to submit your application even if it shows 0 CME hours in your account. However, it may renew you for only 1 year.
