As a Hilo-side local, the sales-pitch energy is often a bit much for me to sit through (as informative as your realty-focused videos are). The more casual, conversational nature of this video gives much more the vibe and pace of exploring our home as a local. I would love to see this start a side-series of short videos of just Eric sharing some of your favorite spots!

At Lone palm, your drone footage showed some passages where it might be safe to enter the water (if so inclined) so that was helpful.
I was surprised that Mauna Loa road is open for the public. The single palm is intriguing.
