Thank you for the video as always. I recently tried to create a stair in one of my project file in archicad, all of a sudden every element in the project file disappeared from the 3d window all the walls, windows, doors slab, everything gone, but i can see them on the 2d floor plan. Please do you have any fix for this? Thanks bro

Why does the door leaf decrease in size when I offset it?

That's the purpose of the Offset tool. Make a duplicate and offset the duplicate
