I’m always praying no matter what I’m doing. I feel true Christians do this. And they spend all day watching,singing, reading, and constantly talk to god. I have found myself doing this. I spend most my days getting to know my savior

Yes we are so restless...so glad you guys shared the real stories. Maybe sometimes we are afraid of resting in Him, pushing ourselves to be another Martha instead of Mary..this is the exact part i have been struggling with. I pray to my God to embrace us in Him every moment so that we can abide in him. Thank you for your beautiful, honest and soothing song.

God is alive and he is waiting for the ones who really seek him. If you ask for him he will come. I speak with him often he is wonderful full of love..... But you have to learn his accurate knowledge .You have to pray and say " Jesus I want to take the scales off my eyes and learn your true word...He will show you...

Dear Audrey, I love your songs. They speak into my spirit so much. I understand what you are talking about. Maybe it comes more easily to me now . I have been seeking it for the last thirty years , I'm seventy two now. I have a little book called Practising the Presence of God , by brother Lawrence. Have you come across it.? I always seek God when I first get up and that sets the tone for the day. When I was working I would get up an hour early. Now I'm retired its more relaxed and I live alone, that helps. But I guess you have to work at it ! God bless, I pray God helps you find the time to draw near Him. I used to go on retreat at a convent, still do when I can get there. That's wonderful ". Draw near to God and He will draw near to you." You have a very busy life I think and need to find space. Kayte

How do we get there? Desire that relationship with all your heart. God sees the heart. Often that yearning is manifested in what we do. Waking up early to pray. Praying at noon. Praying before you go to bed. And I don’t mean short perfunctory prayers. But deep heartfelt groaning...continually seeking...even if you don’t find initially. Persistence.

@@amoseicher01 Do you? Jesus only founded one Church(John 17:21) and its on Peter(Matt. 16:17-19). There is only one Church founded by Jesus and through Apostolic Succession all Bishops are traced back to Peter and the Apostles and that is the Catholic Church. The Catholic Church is not a denomination, but rather the mother Church that all denominations come from and all those denominations are only partially true as a result. I suggest study into Christian history.

God is a wise and understanding God. He knows us and from the beginning of time He set aside a very beautiful and spiritual day, in which He himself blessed and called it Sabbath. Many people have forgotten this day, and has tied to molded; it into something God never made it to be.
Genesis 2:1-3 says that after God had created He rested on the Seventh-day and blessed that day. God is God and He did not need to rest, I believed He made this day Holy and called it a day of rest so that we could benefit. This day is Saturday and many people have neglected to rest, truly rest and taken other days to worship but not rest.
They say God's command to "Remember the Sabbath day"-Exodus 20:8-11, is unimportant , or say's it is symbolic if it was, than all His Ten Commandments would be the same way but we take them as literal and fellow them. So why is it the one commandment God says to Remember we so easily Forget.
God is calling us to go back to His commands every one of them and fellow them completely. For He says ""If you love me, keep my commands."-John 14:15, not some or one over the other but All.
I believe when we obey Gods every word there will only be good in our lives. The Sabbath rest is so amazing and complete, its like drinking a glass of cool water after a hot day, it rejuvenate you and gives you the strength to push on for a another week, its the highlight of the week, Lets go back to keeping the Sabbath to keeping Saturday Holy because it is the Lords day.
Search for yourself s, search the word of God and see what the Sabbath truly is and why it is so important Search. And see that God NEVER changed the day of worship from Saturday to Sunday it was man who changed it the Emperor Constantine and let the SWEET HOLY SPIRIT change your hearts and minds.
Let us go back to the truth and go back to fully keeping Gods Commands. God bless you all and keep you and Have His way in your life.

I find it amusing that they are talking about the merit of silence and the backing track is crowding their discussion over the course of the video. In all seriousness, silence is entirely underrated, especially in worship.
I love your music and voice, and especially your honesty and "real"ness... On the subject of continuous prayer, are you familiar with the Orthodox practice of the "Jesus prayer"? Orthodox people, particularly monastics, strive to be in a continuous state of praying this prayer, even as they work, eat, do other things, even as they sleep! "Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, have mercy on me, a sinner."

I love "Restless". I didn't know about Audrey till today.. She's awesome! Though I must admit that, being Polish, I find the idea of converting to catholicism, weird, to say the least... I do know some awesome, catholic believers but I've always wondered how are they able to marry the freedom of biblical Christianity with catholic idolatry (cult of the pope, cult of Mary, cult of saints..).. It's kinda different if you're born into it but giving up your freedoms for the constraints of religion is sort of shocking. I realise that american catholicism differs from the polish one in many respects, nonetheless, I find it mysterious.. Perhaps the Lord will use Audrey to reach catholics through her music, which is so beautiful. Anyway, God bless.
+Matt Ostrowski Sadly so much ignorance and presumptions in your statements. A famous man once said that ....most people hate what they think the Catholic church believes but not what the church really believes. I am Catholic and nothing and no one is more important to me than Jesus.
We Catholics have a sacramental view of life and God's relationship to us. In other words, since he is so far beyond us, he came to us materially, breaking into our material world as one of us. Its how he can reach us and in turn how we can reach him - through our senses. That's why we use material things such as statues as aids to approach God. As far as the saints and Mary, we believe they are family, that we love them, they are alive now, and that they can pray for us since they are close to God's ear. The Pope (and the bishops) lead the church not of their own accord, but are guided and protected by the Holy Spirit, who Jesus promised he would send and because of whom his teachings can be protected from error. We humans can err a lot when left to our own devices! We are very blessed to have the church, but we are certainly no holier or better than anyone else. In fact, with what we have been given, we often miserably fail to live up to it when compared to sincere people accomplish in their traditions.
There is also Torah to show us HOW and is also Jesus His ways filled with pleasantness Truth and grace . A move of God on all denominations to go back the the anciant paths... Judean values that came from God for all sojourners and who is with the Jewish Jesus.

Jesus Christ said you must be born again when someone has a true experience the almighty God there overwhelmed by his reality by the power of the Holy Spirit. the only thing that keeps people separated from God is sin if there's any sending our lives we do not get to reap the benefits of God's presence sure in our journeys will seem to God isn't there but it's only because he's testing our faith helping us to grow in the faith but he will be sure to manifest himself to a person some way somehow to let us know he's watching us God is very intimate and personable and loving.

I did cringe at the images and statues within the church she filmed a piece of this in. The Word clearly states NO graven images and how Christ is the man to intercede on the behalf of sinners, which is counter culture to Catholicism making it false. Catholicism is deep idolatry, but not the only religion that has idols, so I'm not picking. To be a Christian is to eat the Word, even the bitter parts that aren't easy to digest. I've had to personally chew on certain things and even slowly die to the things I BECAME, over the course of time. I was indoctrinated to believe lies as truth, that ultimately was a perversion of the Truth. Probably just past down as traditions of man that never were fact checked until I opened the Word for myself and allowed the Holy Spirit to have His way in opening my understanding. To be a victim of religion taught me alot and caused a passion for Truth to burn within me. Grace is a beautiful thing and the Word is true.
Jesus is the answer! Jesus had/has perfect inward peace and rest while he outwardly labored because it was not him who laboured as he said but it was the Holy Spirit who labored in and through him effortlessly through faith! Self-will is not a fruit of the spirit of God...
