this is my all time favourite Keane song... Actually, It's one of my favourite songs in the world... There isn't another song that can reach so deep

Please, what the part: " wrung me trought" mean?
The actual line is "Don't say those words that run me through." The phrase "Run me through" means to be stabbed with a knife or a dagger. The line therefore means "don't say those words which cause me great pain...". I do hope this helpful. :-)
