As an amateur boxing and muay thai practitioner i would say don’t do this if u really want to have strong knuckles and wrist, this would just make your future worst If you really want iron fist just do this : Knuckle pushup (normal pushup but with your fist) Punching heavy bag (with wraps on and good technique , it will gradually make your knuckle stronger) And if u really want massive knuckles than just punch a wall (not like this dude though, use 10-15% of power just slowly punch the wall u will still feel pain but this low amount of power won’t do anything serious damage to your hand and u would gradually get a stronger knuckle)
